Sir Bedevere: “What makes you think she's a witch?”

This is the second jank deck challenge I was presented with by my play group. With most of my decks running 1k-1.5k+ my friends wanted me to build different power levels decks as opposed to running my gas decks all the time so this is what I came up with...May I present to you my Newt Deck!

Restrictions I placed on myself:
-Needs to be a non-popular janky commander
-No single cards over $15 in value
-No lands over $1
-Deck value needed to be under $200 total ($189 at the time of creation)
-Added a maybeboard for ways of ramping up this deck to the next level, if you're so inclined.

I must say it's kinda fun to put restrictions on what can go into a deck build to see what you can come up with and how janky you can make it. Tell me what you all think, I'm always open for new ideas and suggestions, upvotes always greatly appreciated!
