I just threw together all the weirdest interacting mechanics and used them all as win conditions. Mishra is used to make several cards ridiculous, but is entirely unnecessary for winning, as the main win condition is Worldgorger Dragon.

Currently the deck wins around turn 4-6 on average, and I have no idea who to really use as the commander. Mishra is just there right now because he's the right colors, and like the combo of worldgorger dragon itself, he uses several cards for unorthodox combos.

Current win strat -> Get Worldgorger Dragon into the graveyard through either buried alive, draw/discarding, etc, then put one of three enchantments (Necromancy, Animate Dead, Dance of the Dead) on the dragon, get infinite mana, put it into one of many win conditions. Transmute early for Buried Alive, a draw/discard thing, or Necromancy.

Any tips would be appreciated as this is by far my most competitive deck, and I'd like to make it moreso.

(I also consider just making it a Child of Alara deck, and using the commander as just a board wipe when I need it, then removing the mishra-based cards and just putting in more counters/board wipes.)
