Lightning Reaver is indeed very slow, but if I have Doubling Season out or I give it Infect it kills all my enemies and forces them to attack me. A problem I ran into in our last group game after I killed one person and the rest of them kept me locked out via not attacking me and using counterspells.
Life's Finale is run mostly for the secondary effect as my group runs plenty of things like Laboratory Maniac and Mogis, God of Slaughter where it is best to get rid of them before they even hit the board.

Secondo me devi impostare il mazzo più verso il fare attaccare gli avversari tra loro e fargli perdere tempo per poi tirare fuori una finisher. Inoltre non hai nessun vantaggio dallo scartare, perché non hai cose come Liliana's Caress, wheels o carte con Madness, di conseguenza taglierei anche da quella parte. Quindi toglierei alcune delle carte tax che hai messo. Proporrei cose del genere:
- Harsh Mentor -> Again, una tax abbastanza gratuita che però ti rende il tizio fastidioso #1. Non è ciò che vuoi, ti servono cose più subdole. Tipo Hunted Dragon.
- Sire Of Insanity -> Spezza le tattiche a tutti, ma anche a te. Non lo ritengo utile, soprattutto perché non carte con madness, né carte sufficenti con flashback, emerge, ecc. Meglio un Combustible Gearhulk che ti fa pescare. In rosso. 6/6 first strike.
- Dark Ritual -> Non è forte come Mana Geyser. Se non sei un mazzo combo, non te ne fai nulla di una carta così.
- Hero's Downfall -> Ruinous Path e risparmi.
- Rakdos Charm -> Nessuno dei sui effetti è così utile, se non forse esiliare il cimitero, but then again... Bojuka Bog?
- Dreadbore -> Murder e risparmi.
- Vandalblast -> Costa davvero tanto. Fai tu, ma non vedo tutta questa necessità di spaccare tutto. hai già molto removal per gli artefatti, potresti investire quei denari altrove.
- War's Toll -> Heartless Hidetsugu è meglio non metterti un bersagio sulla testa grosso come war's toll. L'hidetsugu è più democratico.
- Worn Powerstone -> Citadel of Pain perché la Powerstone fa schifo. Meglio una carta che gioca contro chi vuole fare il cheesy. Oppure Talisman of Indulgence.
- Hissing Miasma -> Skyline Despot meglio avere più carte che ti rendono monarca che un side effect come questo enchantment. Se vogliono attaccarti, lo faranno comunque. L'unica ragione per cui invece Marchesa's Decree va bene è perché ti rende monarca.
Io tenterei di mettere tante carte che ti fanno rubare cose agli avversari, perché è un modo swag di rompere le balle. Ci sono così tante carte con questo effetto, che rischi di poter anche non mettere Insurrection, più che altro perché è difficile da trovare e costosa. Dico cose come:
- Molten Primordial
- Grab the Reins.
- Act of Aggression.
- Necromantic Selection.
- Mark of Mutiny.
- Traitorous Instinct.
- Captivating Crew.
- Mass Mutiny.
- Lose Calm.
- Might Makes Right.
- Press into Service.
- Conquering Manticore.
- Portent of Betrayal.
- Malevolent Whispers.
- Harness by Force.
- Limits of Solidarity.
Oltre a ciò, ti consiglio carte swag che sicuramente sono divertenti come:
- Null Profusion.
- Last One Standing mi fa veramente ridere. Swag.
- Nettling Imp è un fck you in particular.
- Vial Smasher the Fierce come cacchio fa a non essere già nel mazzo???
- Lightning Reaver è forte, inolte è quel tipo di danni che non ti rende target #1 da subito.
- Khorvath's Fury è red draw... hello?
- Fellwar Stone è ottimo ramp.
- Staff of Nin.
- Bitter Feud.
- Palace Siege.
Scusa se non ti ho commentato tutte le carte, ma sono un pelo di corsa. Ne possiamo piuttosto parlare quando ci vediamo.

How to play:
On the bench, ready to sub in!:
Phage the Untouchable: I feel like I should explain this one first. I know that it looks like you should be grabbing Phage every time, but I encourage you to think again. First off, by the time any of you who are inspired to make this deck actually do so, unstable will no longer be legal in commander (unless you're ultra-quick and super-cool). Therefore, the only way you'd be able to play this within your playgroup is by Rule 13, which essentially states that you can use banned cards in a casual setting only if all members of your playgroup agree to it. And if you slam down Phage every time, they're gonna start to not like you. Sorry if this section went on too long, but it had to be said.
Ashling, the Extinguisher: This is mostly for if your opponents have a troublesome indestructible creature. Or also if you think that the art looks great.
Avatar of Slaughter: This one is for if you need straight damage, as it deals the most of any creature at 16. Maybe you're low on life and it has Loxodon Warhammer. Maybe you want to deal a ton of damage without killing them. I'm not judging.
Blightsteel Colossus: This one follows the same rules as Phage the Untouchable, only this one also protects against milling. Using this product may put at risk of winning, overzealous gloating and being banned. Administer at own risk.
Dragon Mage: Maybe you're secretly a group hug player. Maybe you're just low on cards in hand. Either way, this is a great all-around option.
Greater Harvester: It's like eldrazi, only you don't have to actually attack with it to trigger annihilator, meaning you also get some damage through.
Hellcarver Demon: An opponent is comboing out and you need to make one last defiant stand without actually winning. That's when you break out this boy.
Lightning Reaver: Why on earth did you sub in this! It's just in here because I like the art!
Lord of the Void: This is my go to benchwarmer. It makes you highly likely to win the game without actually guaranteeing it. My kind of card.
Necropolis Regent: This one actually works because +1/+1 counters stay between switches.
Rakdos the Defiler: Be sure to sub him in after declare attackers and blockers so that his attacking trigger won't activate, but his damage trigger will.
Raving Dead: If you want to do something but you don't want the game to end yet, this is a good choice.
Enemy forces and how to ignore them!
Now, subbing out is most effective if whatever you're replacing can get past the declare blockers step. Unfortunately, this is rakdos colors, so we don't have much in that respect. What little that's available is below.
Whispersilk Cloak: Definitely the best option we have. With evasion in both aspects, and the fact that equipment stays equipped makes this a favorable option.
Trailblazer's Boots: In commander, you can scribble out the existing text and say, unblockable. It saves time.
Prowler's Helm: If any of you frequenly go toe-to-toe with a wall tribal deck, please let me know, that sounds awesome. And if you want to make them happy, play this. They will be so proud of their soulless, empty defenders. They need the pick-me-up.
Panic Spellbomb: Yeah, it's not the greatest. Moving on.
Key to the City: Card filtering and unblockable? Please tell me the downside.
Hot Soup: Do not, I repeat, Not play this against a ping deck. It'll be like christmas came early for them.
Glaring Spotlight: I would tell you how great and good this option is, only I can't see the text from all this brightness.
Last random notes:
Planar Portal: This is the one case where it's superior to Planar Bridge. You see, Mary switches things in your hand, not on the battlefield, so with the bridge, they get affected by summoning sickness.

Apprentice Necromancer hasty zombies are cool, this seems like an all star under mimic vat

Relentless Dead good all around card
Shepherd of Rot good with whip of erebos
Tymaret, the Murder King sac outlet with minor upsides. the more zombies in the deck the better
Anathemancer silly ramp decks with their fancy dual lands
Cemetery Reaper graveyard hate and lord
Death Baron no one will block thrax
Diregraf Colossus seems good at swarming, really good with gravecaller and phyrexian altar
Lich Lord of Unx slow token production, kinda cool win con
Lord of the Accursed another lord
Nantuko Husk free sac outlet. maybe better than ashnod's altar?
Plague Belcher board wipe i dare you
Unbreathing Horde big dumb guy, possibly hard to kill though
Agent of Erebos graveyard hate that could be repeatable
Corpse Augur card draw, you might be lacking on this type of effect right now
Drunau Corpse Trawler two zombies in one card
Forgotten Creation get that hand cycling for living death and patriarch's bidding
Risen Executioner another lord with possible upside
Undead Alchemist go wide in clever way
Undead Warchief super good card
Vengeful Dead another anti wrath tech
Custodi Lich card draw and board control
Gray Merchant of Asphodel life gain in massive swings is good in my book
Havengul Lich awesome card, would play
Lightning Reaver no one expects the hasty zombie, and gets around pillow forts. might make people target it/you
Noxious Ghoul super great card! it's been an all-star in every zombie deck i've run

Possessed Skaab The zombie eternal witness?
Sidisi, Undead Vizier get your rooftop storm on curve
Woebearer slowish reanimation

you could think about cutting mulldrifter and skriekmaw as well because they aren't zombies

So, proposed edit list
I ran a list with a similar number of ramp spells to make Sen Triplets work, and 3-drop artifacts are really hard on your early game. 2-drops curve out so nicely in comparison. Here are a few changes on that note:
Lose: Tormenting Voice for Cathartic Reunion. I've run both and if your hand is sad enough to want to blow mana on card advantage, you probably want to cycle as much hand as possible. If budget allows, Wheel of Fortune is oodles better, or the "miracle" wheel the name of which I cannot remember.
Lightning Reaver because awesome for multiplayer.
Coldsteel Heart Is a great rock for 2 mana. Take a look at your artifact base when all the edits are done and see where/if you can fit it.
Scorched Ruins is an amazing way to hedge mana against Rakdos if your meta isn't blowing up targeted lands. Or if you have a crucible... ;)
Grenzo, Havoc Raiser is so incredibly badass when you're connecting with demons. No backswing to worry about, and more damage to your opponents. In multiplayer this guy is king.
Necropotence suits the suicidey theme and refills your hand better than any card in the game.
Rakdos, Lord of Riots I think is really good in this deck.
Give Larceny some consideration after playing the deck a bit. See how much your demons are actually connecting. Great value.
Pain Magnification is a solid include given all your flying shenanigans.
