Current project to break out of using White and/or Green and commander centric deck building.

Been doing some reading on storm and spellslinger deck styles and set these cards aside in anticipation.

I'm unsure how I want to tackle it. Do I want to go more Waste Not combo? Or go with a couple rituals and game ending X spells? Or do I go for Omniscience+Enter the Infinite+Laboratory Maniac? I'm saving up for a Reiterate and kinda wanna loop a ton of copies of Cruel Ultimatum or Sorin's Vengeance like an Izzet deck that splashes black.

I feel like this deck could have several ways to win, which is the confusing part. Trying to figure out what the ratios are for rocks to draw/loot to win cons without having every tutor under the sun
