A variant of one of my favorite commander decks that forgoes a lot of the big splashy stuff in favor of more consistency in assembling one of many infinite combos and closing out the game. There's 4 real combo configurations here, with each having multiple ways to assemble them.

Combo A:
With Pitiless Plunderer on the field, sacrificing either Reassembling Skeleton or Bloodsoaked Champion to either Ashnod's Altar or Phyrexian Altar gives you the mana to recur the creature you just sacrificed, creating infinite ETB/Death triggers to kill your opponents with either Blood Artist , Corpse Knight , Cruel Celebrant , Falkenrath Noble , Bastion of Remembrance , Vindictive Vampire , or Zulaport Cutthroat .
Gutterbones can be used in place of Skeleton/Champion, but only if your sac outlet is Ashnod's as it requires 3 mana rather than 2 like the others.
With Teysa Karlov on the field, Plunderer makes 2 Treasures per death, which allows you to either A) use Gutterbones with Phyrexian since you have an extra mana, or use Skeleton/Champion with Altar of Dementia and no pinger since you get the mana you need from the treasures.
Possible configurations:
Plunderer + Phyrexian + Skeleton/Champion + any Pinger (infinite pings)
Plunderer + Phyrexian + Gutterbones + Teysa + any Pinger(infinite pings)
Plunderer + Ashnod's + Gutterbones/Skeleton/Champion + any Pinger (infinite pings)
Plunderer + Dementia + Skeleton/Champion + Teysa (infinite mill)

Combo B:
This one is pretty simple. Exquisite Blood goes infinite with anything that translates life gain into life loss. Cliffhaven Vampire , Sanguine Bond , Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose , and Marauding Blight-Priest all do this. Alternatively, with Aetherflux Reservoir , you can spend 50 life to once-shot an opponent, immediately gaining the life back so you can machinegun your opponents down.
Possible configurations:
Blood + Cliffhaven/Bond/Vito/Marauding (infinite pings)
Blood + Aetherflux (infinite 50 blasts)

Combo C:
This one is pretty straightforward, though the number of pingers and enchantments gives you a lot of flexibility in terms of assembly. Reanimate Leonin Relic-Warder with either Necromancy , Animate Dead , or Dance of the Dead . When it enters the battlefield, use its ETB ability to exile the enchantment you reanimated it with. When the enchantment leaves the battlefield, Leonin dies, and the enchantment returns to the battlefield, so you can reanimate again, and so on infinitely. As long as you have a pinger on the field, this is lethal.
Possible configurations:
Relic-Warder + Necromancy/Animate/Dance + any Pinger (infinite pings)

Combo D:
Any creature that brings two or more tokens with it on ETB represents 6+ colorless mana if you have Ashnod's Altar on the field. Pair that with Nim Deathmantle and you can sac a token for 2, sac the token generator for 2, and use the 4 mana you have to activate Deathmantle and recur the generator, creating more tokens. With any pinger on board, this is lethal. It also creates infinite tokens as you get +1 every time you execute the loop, so you have combat as a backup. You can also use the infinite tokens to bypass the need for a pinger by activating Krav, the Unredeemed for over 100 on each opponent, effectively milling them out. The creatures that bring 3 tokens can execute this same loop with Eldrazi Displacer in lieu of Deathmantle, and the creatures that only bring 2 tokens can execute the pinger variant of the loop only.
Possible configurations:
Ashnod's + Deathmantle + creature that generates two or more tokens + Krav (infinite tokens, mana, life, draw, and mill)
Ashnod's + Displacer + creature that generates three or more tokens + Krav (infinite tokens, mana, life, draw, and mill)
Ashnod's + Deathmantle + creature that generates two or more tokens + any Pinger (infinite tokens, mana, and pings)
Ashnod's + Displacer + creature that generates two or more tokens + any Pinger (infinite mana and pings. also infinite tokens if the creature generates three or more tokens)
