CARD DRAW EQUALS PAIN
Spark Double, Sakashima the Impostor, Sakashima of a Thousand Faces, and Irenicus's Vile Duplication can copy Queza so you can double the pain.
Here are some other cards you might consider: Well of Lost Dreams, Skirge Familiar, Dawn of Hope, Marauding Blight-Priest, Cliffhaven Vampire, Epicure of Blood, Vizkopa Guildmage
Also heads up that Hullbreacher is banned but maybe your playgroup is cool with it.

I see you have Vito and Sanguine Bond already. For the record, I also run Cliffhaven Vampire and Marauding Blight-Priest in my Edgar deck, to help pop off the infinite combo with Exquisite Blood. Also, a copy of Hall of Heliod's Generosity can help, for those moments when someone cancels/destroys your Exquisite Blood. Just some food for thought.

Wouldn't cards like Soul Warden, Soul's Attendant, Corpse Knight, and Marauding Blight-Priest also be helpful?

Sheoldred's Drawn Out Apocalypse (Primer)

We who are building Sheoldred decks need to stick together. I would very gently suggest a few creatures that are in the synergy, such as Bloodgift Demon, Defiant Bloodlord, Epicure of Blood, Marauding Blight-Priest, or Psychosis Crawler. If you have the time, please return the favor and put a few eyes on my deck too?

Okay. So, I think you should really lean into the control/combo shell. This deck could use combos like Sanguine Bond and Exquisite Blood, with some added redundancy in the forms of Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose and Marauding Blight-Priest, or Mikaeus, the Unhallowed and Triskelion to close out the game. In order to accomplish this, I think you should cut a ton of the creatures and really lean into board wipes, control spells, and resource denial.
Things like:
You could also do cute stuff like Phyrexian Unlife + Solemnity, giving yourself time to wipe the board again or go for the win with Peer into the Abyss. You should also consider taking a look at your mana base.
I'd suggest going for some fetches, checks, and shocks like:
You also have way too many plains right now. Even before you get the lands I just named, you should cut 6 Plains for 4 Swamp and 2 Island.
I know I've given you a lot of suggestions. I think if you tried putting a list together with all the cards I named, plus some of the bangers from your current list and you'd have a badass deck! Don't worry about trying to do all that right now, though. See which look most appealing/are in your price range and add those first. A lot of these should be long term goals!
Don't tell Rett I gave you so many suggestions XD

Tariel wrecker of holes
Hey, you haven't really made a complete deck yet to begin optimizing? Since there's only 14 lands here and you have to know that's not enough lands for a Commander deck?
There's some good ideas here, such as stealing opponent's creatures, attacking with them and then sacing them, but you want more sac outlets for this strategy. Making opponents discard cards is good, but giving an opponent the choice of what card to discard can be problematic for Tariel since opponent is not going to discard a creature. There's some reanimation and lots of recursion here which is good in these colors, but there's few enablers to get your creatures into your graveyard.
Some causal budget deck building advice to get started.
- 36 lands (Command Tower)
- 10 ramp sources (Arcane Signet)
- 10 draw sources (Magus of the Wheel)
- 10 removal for opponent's creatures (Plaguecrafter)
To start add 36 lands, they can be all basic lands to begin, can change some to dual lands later. Have 36 lands so you fill all the spots that are needed for lands and to clearly see how many cards have to be cut for lands. The double faced cards represented as lands here are all terrible cards for the mana cost. Cut them all and replace them with basic lands?
To add more lands next cut all the Pacifism removal? This type of creature removal doesn't interact with Tariel, Reckoner of Souls because it doesn't kill opponent's creature putting it into opponent's graveyard. If you want to utilize Tariel's ability then your opponent's creatures have to be put into graveyards, not exiled or stuck on the battlefield unable to attack or block.
- Pious Interdiction
- Pacifism
- Withercrown
- Arrest
- Choking Restraints
- Luminous Bonds
- Nahiri's Binding
- Minimus Containment
The next cards to cut to add more lands are the high mana cost creatures who don't do enough for Tariel, Reckoner of Souls. Tariel is the high mana cost spell you want to cast more than the rest, the other spells played should have some interaction with him or interact with opponent's creature in some way such as In Garruk's Wake. Keep Wake, cut the rest?
- Gloom Sower
- Returned Pastcaller
- Baleful Beholder
- Scion of the Swarm
- Epicure of Blood
- Boneclad Necromancer
Cards to cut last are some that just aren't doing enough for the mana cost and don't have any interaction with Tariel, Reckoner of Souls or the other strategies being played.
- Skymarch Bloodletter
- Death Cultist
- Contaminated Ground
- Hold at Bay
- Spreading Rot
- Seismic Shift
- Rubble Reading
- Tectonic Rift
- Settle Beyond Reality
- Goblin Instigator
- Marauding Blight-Priest
- Skemfar Shadowsage
All these cuts make enough spots for 36 lands. When you have enough lands then you can begin to optimize the rest of your deck. Good luck.

I mean, I'm never going to not recommend Karmic Guide and Reveillark in aristocrats decks. Together, they go infinite with any sac outlet such as Blasting Station, etc.
One good sac outlet you might consider adding: Altar of Dementia, although IME, it works better when you have more graveyard recursion and you self-target with it e.g. when running something like Muldrotha, the Gravetide. Not sure it would work quite as well here.
Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose/Marauding Blight-Priest would be great in addition to or instead of Sanguine Bond. Cheaper, does (almost) the same job, and synergizes better with your sac outlets since they can die.
