This deck centers around both of The Scarab Gods abilities and value ETB triggers.

Conspiracy Xenograft Make everything in the deck Zombies. Both pump up The Scarab God upkeep trigger and Conspiracy + Rooftop Storm will make every creature in the deck cost 0.

Training Grounds Probably the most important card in the deck, makes The Scarab God ability cost only U/B.

Since the deck centers around value ETB triggers, makes sense to include Mimic Vat. Snagging essentially any creature in this deck with a mimic vat is brutal.

Rings of Brighthearth on top of Mimic Vat and The Scarab God activated abilities is brutal. 2nd copy of eternalized creature / mimic token. Illusionist's Bracers for a 3rd copy of SGs ability.

Lightning Greaves and Darksteel Plate attempt to keep The Scarab God from getting blown up.

Paradox Haze Double upkeeps for SG which makes it awesome if you flood the board with something like Army of the Damned. Savor the Moment for 4 upkeep triggers! Pairs with Phyrexian Arena and Sheoldred, Whispering One.

Bloodchief Ascension + Duskmantle Guildmage + Mindcrank Win the game

Buried Alive + Phyrexian Devourer + Triskelion + Necrotic Ooze. Eternalize the Necrotic Ooze or otherwise get it onto the battlefield and win the game.

Deadeye Navigator + Palinchron + Phyrexian Delver Infinite mana engine

Snapcaster, Archaeomancer, and Torrential Gearhulk allow us to use our value spells from graveyard at sorcery or instant speed. The Scarab God can eternalize these ETB triggers at instant speed.

Spot removal: Venser, Shape Savant, Shriekmaw, Draining Whelk, Noxious Gearhulk all provide targeted removal and can be eternalized. Tragic Slip, Counterspell, and Hero's Downfall are also included but I'm a little iffy on what spot removals and what balance (kill spells vs bounce vs counterspells) I'd like to include.

Wrath: Black Sun's Zenith, Toxic Deluge, Damnation, Life's Finale, Cyclonic Rift, and Ratchet Bomb. Life's Finale gives you the bonus of tutoring up 3 of an opponents best creatures for eternalization.

Tutor up what you need with Vampiric Tutor, Demonic Tutor, and Mystical Tutor. Sidisi, Undead Vizier and Rune-Scarred Demon can both be used and eternalized for another 4 more. Grab one of them with your Mimic Vat for endless tutors. Entomb and Bury Alive tutor things into your graveyard.Animate Dead, Reanimate, Beacon of Unrest, Victimize, gissa and geralf, and Sheoldred, Whispering One cheat things back onto the battlefield. Beacon of Unrest can snag an artifact back out of the graveyard in a pinch.

Ghoulcaller Gisa, Grave Titan, Noosegraf Mob (especially the eternalized version, 9/9!), and Army of the Dead fill the board with zombies.

Jin-Gitaxius, Core Augur isnt necessary, but man if you cheat him out with an Entomb + Reanimate , gg.

Ratchet Bomb or Spine of Ish Sah are emergency options (should a counterspell fail you) to deal with Torpor Orb, Grafdigger's Cage, and Rest in Peace, which all would neuter this deck should they resolve with no answer.

Academy Ruins and Buried Ruins get your artifacts back into your hand.

What would you add or change?

38 lands enough? Any lands you believe will add value? Lands I should remove? Do you believe there is enough mana ramp with Solemn Simulacrum (and eternalization) ETB triggers, Expedition Map, Sol Ring, Dimir Signet, and Darksteel Ingot?

Im also thinking a Crystal Chimes or Skull of Orm are important items to include to keep important enchantments in play.

Im not sure I have enough milling. Ideally Id want to be churning through my deck / opponents decks for eternalize targets.

Might get run over by Agro before I have the pieces in place / enough mana. Propaganda and No Mercy might be good includes. Not sure what to take out.
