Reconstruction
Sorcery
Return target artifact card from your graveyard to your hand.

Yeah, I only found a handful of recursion effects. Reconstruction takes the spot of "random old reprint with new art" for the deck. Lol
God-Pharaoh's Gift and Dollhouse of Horrors both seem like they'd work well.
Think Storm the Vault  Flip would be too powerful because it flips into a land?

Sumradagnoth thanks for the update!
Reconstruction seems like a great include, the deck can certainly afford to lose the Gitaxian Probe so that sounds like a good decision. I think I will edit that change into my version of the decklist as well.
As for your other two suggestions, I'm not completely sure about them. Shifting Sky seems pretty good at first glance because it allows Llawan to bounce everything, but on the other hand it becomes a completely dead card if you draw it after Llawan is already in play unless you have blink effects. I think Wash Out costs too much mana for it's effect, especially at sorcery speed, but it may be a good meta call depending on what your opponents are playing. I think I'll add a maybeboard section to this decklist just to keep these "almost" cards organized and easy for myself to remember.
Thanks again for all of your input and hard work playtesting the deck! It feels great to be getting updates on this deck's performance from another user while I have it disassembled. Cheers!

mynameisfifi small update...
I have removed Gitaxian Probe for Reconstruction. Artifacts are so critical for wincon and my pod was getting very aggressive so this switch has helped.
Maybeboard now includes Shifting Sky and Wash Out.
Please comment on any of this :) I appreciate your input.

I've never seen a Rona deck either so I love the idea! So feel free to take these suggestions with a grain of salt, but I think they'll fit your gameplan. I'm including cards that would give you a self-mill subtheme, because you can play with your graveyard as an extension of your hand.
Whir of Invention - artifact tutor, seems good to grab your wincons.
Baleful Strix - it's just Good Value, Son .
Stitcher's Supplier, Liliana, Death's Majesty, Champion of Wits. Fact or Fiction, Dakmor Salvage, - graveyard feeders on good cards
Murderous Cut, Treasure Cruise, Dig Through Time - since you only need one artifact that combos in your GY, you can use the rest for good Delve fodder!
Drown in the Loch - if you do add the self-mill strategies
Argivian Restoration, Buried Ruin, Fortuitous Find, Reconstruction, Scrap Trawler, Trading Post?, Tezzeret, Master of the Bridge? - to return good artifacts/Krark Clan to your hand if you mill it
Not totally sure on cuts because I haven't played the deck, but if you need help I can suggest some cards that look on the weaker side!

I'm not sure I understand all of the artifact recursion: Reconstruction , Junk Diver , Myr Retriever , and Junk Diver .
With that extra space you might consider:
Dramatic Reversal
would combo well with your
Isochron Scepter
and large mana rocks for infinite mana.
Dream Cache
and
Sensei's Divining Top
for more topdeck manipulation.
Stroke of Genius
if you want any more redundant draw X.
Fade Away
,
Inundate
or
Wash Out
for some board control.
Long-Term Plans
to tutor for a spell to topdeck with Kefnet.

So you get infintie mana, then what? you're not really running any clean lines to actually just win the game. Walking Ballista + Conjurer's Bauble / Reconstruction is a good mana outlet that actually finishes the game. You also have loops you can form with Narset's Reversal and Timetwister to let you make infinite bird tokens with Swan Song .
You have quite a few expensive to cost cards which don't really add much to the deck - Blinkmoth Urn , Mycosynth Lattice , Ugin, the Ineffable and even Myr Battlesphere don't add enough value to the deck to warrant a spot IMO. Cards like Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal on the other hand provide the deck with a very fast an efficient infinite mana outlet with Urza.

How about Chrome Mox , Mox Opal , Mox Diamond , Mana Vault , Mana Crypt and Sensei's Divining Top instead of the janky equipments? Also, I would probably run stuff like Mana Drain , Force of Will , Swan Song , Pact of Negation and the new Force of Negation in a mono blue combo deck like this (if money is not an issue).
You can also add Intuition and Reconstruction so you have an additional tutor to search for your artifact combo pieces. (Search for Reconstruction , Buried Ruin / Academy Ruins and the combo piece.) Good thing about these cards is that they are also useful on their own.
Tolaria West can be a useful tool to tutor for specific lands or your zero mana stuff (especially usefull if you add pact of negation).

This is frickin' hilarious and I'm jealous I didn't think of it first.
My own janky Knowledge Pool deck has given me some experience building around a single artifact. So based on my totally expert opinion here's some feedback:
I notice you primarily have equipment tutors but, aside from Spy Kit , no equipment. I'd swap most or all of those for less specific tutors so they're not dead cards once you find your Spy Kit. With access to any color, there are plenty to pick from. Gamble , Long-Term Plans , Demonic Tutor , and Dark Petition are all fine candidates that don't require a second mortgage. 2-cost Transmute spells like Muddle the Mixture and Dimir Infiltrator are also viable options.
Usually - in my experience - decks built around a single linchpin card either have some response for every vector of attack, or get repeatedly punked. Some suggestions to plug gaps in your defense:
- 2+ Counterspells so you don't get instantly neutered by Extract or similar effects. Ex: Negate , Swan Song .
- 2+ Bounces to dodge attempts to exile/steal your precious Spy Kit. Ex: Steel Sabotage , Leave / Chance .
- Ditch Silas Renn, Seeker Adept for less conditional, more cost-efficient graveyard reclamation. Ex: Buried Ruin , Argivian Find , Noxious Revival , Reconstruction .
- Pull from Eternity because you have access to white and why not?
- Maybe some misc battlefield protection to keep the thing alive? Ex: Welding Jar , Spellskite .
Well that got a lot longer and more speculative than I intended. I'm just gonna bang out my remaining thoughts in disorganized rant form.
As an alternate way to set up the Eradicate play, you could temporarily steal a creature (e.g. with Traitorous Blood or whatever) and equip Spy Kit while it's under your control. It'll remain equipped when the creature returns to its owner.
Since like half of your name-abusing bomb cards are sorcery speed, stuff like Quicken and/or Alchemist's Refuge could really help with flexibility.
Personally, I think the expensive-ass dual lands are overkill for a fun experimental deck like this - I'd pack it with signets and tri-color lands, then buy myself a car with the money I saved. Sure, the deck would ramp slightly slower. But it would be more resistant to MLD, and have more targets for artifact tutors; and I could store it in my spare car.
Anyway in summary: Awesome deck idea, exactly the type of silly nonsense that makes this game fun!
