These might interest you: Magewright's Stone (you can untap Mangara and use his ability again while the first activiation is still on the stack, exiling 2 things), Thousand-Year Elixir, Puppet Strings, To Arms!, Erratic Portal (return Mangara to hand before the ability resolves. it will exile the target without exiling Mangara), Acrobatic Maneuver (works like Erratic portal. when Mangara returns he will not be exiled by the old Mangara's ability, since the new one is a new object), Angel of Condemnation, Eldrazi Displacer, Sanctum of Eternity, Flickerform, Illusionist's Bracers, Rings of Brighthearth, Witch Hunter, Adarkar Valkyrie, Mimic Vat, Palace Jailer

Hey, you might need a bit more ramp to push those angles out at a good pace. Mind Stone, Fractured Powerstone, Prismatic Lens, Worn Powerstone, Star Compass, Fellwar Stone, and Verge Rangers are all great options.

For card advantage, consider Mind's Eye, Palace Sentinels, Palace Jailer, Skullclamp, Infiltration Lens, Staff of Nin, and Sun Titan.

Also using fetch lands and Sun Titan, Faith's Reward, and Brought Back can ramp you. I would add in as many plains-fetching lands you can, as well as a Crucible of Worlds. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the kind words again! I am glad you're enjoying the deck! The best thing about Darien is that he can be built so many ways. As far as your comments from my page.

If you can afford a Mana Vault it is totally worth it. The tempo gain is insane, and it's a free ping of damage each turn. I would maybe hold off to see what is in the upcoming commander legends set to see if it might get reprinted and get it cheaper. You never know these days!

Palace Sentinels and Palace Jailer are both cards I have in my Queen Marchesa deck (it's not uploaded to tappedout currently). Since that deck is so monarch driven, I've chosen not to include that designation in my Darien deck. But they are definitely very good and playable in Darien!

Your deck looks fun! It seems a bit heavy in the instant/removal side of things though. I'm assuming you play in a meta with lots of wipes and troublesome artifacts/enchantments? Either way nice work! I've been playing my Darien deck for almost two years now and it never gets old.

Hello! Wanted to share the deck I've been playing since you inspired me to take the plunge - https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/02-09-20-i-hurt-myself-today/?cb=1599610997.

How's Mana Vault been treating you? I'm on the fence.

I haven't seen any mention of Palace Sentinels or Palace Jailer here, have you ever tried them? They are both soldiers and have been drawing me a ton of cards. Also creates the fun scenario where if someone wants monarch they have to give you soldier tokens :)

This has absolutely been my favorite deck, so thanks again for the inspiration!

Ha great deck name. Have you considered Eldrazi Processors? (e.g. Murk Strider, Void Attendant, Ulamog's Reclaimer, Oracle of Dust) You can use them alongside Roon's ability to permanently get rid of opponent's dudes.

You might like these too: Thousand-Year Elixir, Illusionist's Bracers, Brago, King Eternal, Faeburrow Elder, Elvish Rejuvenator, Farhaven Elf, Path of Discovery, Cauldron of Souls, Ghostway, Eerie Interlude, Fiend Hunter (when he enters, before his ETB ability resolves, target him with Roon or another flicker effect. this makes it so that his TB ability permanently exiles the target), Palace Jailer (can continuously exile creatures by flickering him)
