The nazgul are one of the most interesting characters in LOTR to me, so I had to make a nazgul deck when I saw this commander. We are making a deck around the darkest timeline where Sauron also has access to cloning technology, so let’s just say that the nine will have some extra backup when it comes time to track down the ring.
