Its mono black devotion with vampires!

looking to make the most competitive deck using beat-downs, Gray Merchant of Asphodel and Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx as win conditions.

Bunch of creatures to generate devotion and harass our opponent;

Bloodghast returns on landfall, Death Baron pumps zombies and gives deathtouch, Gatekeeper of Malakir helps clear the board, Geralf's Messenger returns with a counter and does 4 damage, Gifted Aetherborn deathtouch and lifelink, Gravecrawler keeps returning and good with death baron, Phyrexian Obliterator big boy supreme who eats permanents and tramples things, goes great with Arena, Gray Merchant of Asphodel deck MVP and all around rapist, does a Consume Spirit upon entering based on devotion and finishes off opponents, and Relentless Dead returns for and can recycle Gray Merchant of Asphodel and other discarded creatures.

Some control spells to keep our shit alive;

Dismember, Go for the Throat and Slaughter Pact keeps opponents big creatures under control. Thoughtseize and Collective Brutality go for the hand and discard our recyclable creatures for bonus damage or removal. Phyrexian Arena generates a bit of devotion and gives us much needed card draw. Liliana of the Veil discards or eats a creature, generally useful.

Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx The money maker, generates heaps of mana from our devotion to slam Consume Spirit. Dont be afraid to use one Nyx, then drop another and use it again for massive style points.

We have fetch lands to help thin out the deck and ensure we draw increasing few lands as our devotion land generation comes online (hopefully)
