Target opponent reveals his or her hand. You choose a nonland card from that player's graveyard or hand and exile it. You may cast that card for as long as it remains exiled, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast that spell.

Psychic Intrusion Discussion

As somebody who has tried to use Psychic Intrusion, trust me when I say there's simply better cards to use. It's not worth the effect.

xyr0s the cool thing about Psychic Intrusion is that you don't have to target a card in their hand, you can target cards in their graveyard too, and by the time I have the mana to cast it they're sure to have plenty of cards in the graveyard for me to snag and cast in their direction. But, it is still expensive, so I cut it down to a 2 of. I threw in 4 Duress and 3 Yahenni's Expertise, as well as added 2 Fellwar Stone to make it a full play set. With only 6 creatures, Hedonist's Trove will definitely be the win-con, though if given time Silumgar and whatever creature/planeswalker he steals could pull it off if Trove gets blown up.

It's simpler to play UB-control (tablesweep/counterspell/discard) and just keep the table clean from anything he might play, until you get to your wincon. More Damnation, Languish, and Yahenni's Expertise, less random steal effect. Also, bring a few Duress to get rid of graveyard hatred before it hits the table.
Psychic Intrusion seems really weak. The effect is spot on what you want, but it costs 5, and there is no quarantee that by the time you have the mana for playing it, your opponent has anything in hand, you would like to cast.
More manarocks, perhaps? It takes a while to get to those 7 mana where you can play Hedonist's Trove, but that could be done a bit faster. MindStone might be something. Or Talisman of Dominance. A full set of Serum Visions would help on finding your wincons.
You could splash white for Porphyry Nodes, and play Forbidden Orchard to keep nodes in play in case your opponent tries to starve it out by not playing creatures. At the same time, it's a 5color land, so it goes well with the rest of your deck. Also Ghostly Prison in white - good for not being attacked much. Or you could splash red for a card like Reforge the Soul, which both lets you dig for wincon/answers, and stocks your opponents GY. Also, smallscale sweepers like Pyroclasm.

A fun list idea!
Finally Psychic Intrusion might be fun for nabbing any discarded card you fancy!

sergiofapinheiro, thanks for your comments. I have had taken a look at Nightveil Specter but I found it a little too expensive (about R$ 5,00) since I'm trying my best to run this deck in a very tight budget. And I believe Minister of Inquiries would require a whole other approach to the deck, since, right now, it would only work twice and then it would be dead weight.
I'm considering taking off Memory Sluice in order to have 4 Mind Sculpt. And though Psychic Intrusion is quite beautiful, it does not go with the deck dynamic, so I will take it out as well. In this same way, it pains me to say that I think I have to take out Evil Twin, because it also isn't related to the deck idea. (Putting Lazav, Dimir Mastermind would be an interesting change, but, again, tight budget).
Now, someone had already pointed Jace's Erasure out for me, but it doesn't quite convince me, since I don't have many cards to make me draw extra cards. Your idea to add more draw spells to improve Sphinx's Tutelage effectiveness is good, but it seems I can't find any non-expensive ones, can you recommend any?
Thank you again for your help!
