Firstly, don't mind the cheesy title. Meria is no Urza but she is fun to play. The ideal strategy of the deck is to go through the deck using Mystic Forge, Sensei's Divining Top, plus a discounter to find a win-con. Having Battered Golem and Traxos, Scourge of Kroog out creates mana on top of that.

Win-cons include Hellkite Tryant, Blightsteel Colossus, and several other combat swingers and casting Finale of Devastation and Crackle with Power through a bunch of mana rocks. Reckless Fireweaver, Firebrand Archer, and Ghirapur AEther Grid effects and impulsing/exiling effects through Chiss-Goria, Forge Tyrant, Birgi // Harnfel  , Faldorn, Dread Wolf Herald, Meria herself and many more similar cards are sub-win-cons.

Karn, the Great Creator plus Mycosynth Lattice, Wandering Archaic  , Trinisphere, and Expedition Map plus Glacial Chasm are ways to lock down opponents and stall.

I thought of the Kiki-Jiki route but I decided not to. However, if there are fun, reliable ways to copy cards like Blightsteel and Hellkite Tyrant without putting too much into the deck, please include the cards in the comments.
