Trying to make a foil deck with bling/promo foils. Where there are no bling prints, I have gone with the OG foil version.

Your basic BANT enhantress deck, place your enchantresses and draw lots of bling. The primary win is the "bling win" get down Omniscience and draw/cast the whole deck through enchantresses and Lab Man yourself to a victory that has shown the world you're bling. LET THE BLING FLOW!!!!

Look, you could use Tuvasa and get that extra one draw per turn but I like the ramp Estrid provides, cast her the turn before wanting to land Omniscience and you will likely have the mana, once that is down, you pretty much need three enchantresses for the whole deck to be drawn.
