Give your opponents bad permanents and drink their tears. If they take your good permanents, Venser can make them your good permanents. The enchantments that exile permanents also return those permanents to their owner's control if they happen to leave the battlefield, if for some reason someone gains control of your good stuff.

Laboratory Maniac and Felidar Sovereign are "Oops, I win" cards. There is a small package of equipment to protect both them and Zedruu. Assorted mana rocks are self-explanatory. The rest of the deck covers the bases for when you inevitably make your opponents angry: permission, board wipes, pillow fort. Stay alive and practice your maniacal cackle as you give your opponents one bad card after another.
