Horde of Notions, my very first commander deck, is back together with lots of new toys (thanks Ikoria and M20.) Back in the day, one of the strongest critters in the deck was unassuming little Bloom Tender as she allows you to activate Horde the turn you cast him. Tapping one permanent for 5 mana is pretty nuts. Then, in the course of a year, they printed two more Faeburrow Elder and Jegantha, the Wellspring. With a few tweaks to the list, it's not too difficult to meet Jegantha's companion requirement, and lemme tell ya, having a Bloomy in the command zone is powerful.

Cool Interactions Chakram Retriever + Jegantha/Bloom/Faeburrow + Horde can be insane, allowing you to cast all of your elementals. Furthermore, if you have Crib Swap in the grave, you can swap every opposing creature (the interaction is strong enough that I am considering Nameless Inversion as well.

The power of this untap has led me to test out Derevi, Empyrial Tactician, Tideforce Elemental and the two Kioras.

Generator Servant is an elemental that can allow for an explosive turn 3 playing both Jegantha AND Horde.

Card Notes You cannot Mutate from the grave with Horde's ability, but all the same I have been impressed with Illuna, Apex of Wishes so far. Have not drawn Vadrok or Parcelbeast yet.

Tunnel Ignus is currently in to punish ramp decks but it might be too cute.

Brokkos felt weak, testing Zacama instead
