Haldan, Avid Arcanist
Legendary Creature — Human Wizard
Partner with Pako, Arcane Retriever (When this creature enters the battlefield, target player may put Puko into their hand from their library, then shuffle.)
You may play noncreature cards from exile with fetch counters on them if you exiled them, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any colour to cast those spells.

Haldan, Avid Arcanist Discussion

I can do foils, yes. :) Cash is fine by me too.
As for what I have on hand, I have the Crucible of Worlds that I would value at $40, a playset of identical Pikachu Lightning Helix that I would take $40 for the set, a foil promo Smash to Smithereens that I'd value at $10.

Partner commanders are powerful, and often free your deck's ability to do more than a single commander deck. Companions give decks restrictions on what cards they can run. By running both it limits your deck even more, since most partner pairings don't work with the companion requirements.
Yorion, Sky Nomad and Lutri, the Spellchaser straight up can't be run as companions, and Jegantha, the Wellspring won't work since it requires five colors, and no partner pairing currently allows for it. No partner pairing also allows for Lurrus of the Dream-Den. Gyruda, Doom of Depths also can't be run, since no partners are both even cmc and have black in their color identity. Kaheera, the Orphanguard also can't work, since the types aren't found on partners that can be run together.
Now, what lists are now able to be run?
Wow, that only took a half hour longer to write up than expected.
Which of these would you want to make, if any, and how would you make them?

Thanks, Grind for the suggestions! Totally forgot that Savage Ventmaw went infinite with that card. I actually prefer Shared Summons instead of Fierce Empath because Haldan, Avid Arcanist can only cast non-creature cards. I plan on taking out Rashmi, Eternities Crafter and Primal Command to put those in to attempt to keep the lower mana curve.

Haldan, Avid Arcanist,Pako, Arcane Retriever,Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger and Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath are T2 while
1.Atla Palani, Nest Tender dropped to T2.5 even she should be higher now without flash hulk around
2.Tayam, Luminous Enigma is at T3 with plenty of combos around her.
3.Nethroi, Apex of Death is a T4? he is a bomb in the command zone!

Sephyrias as Frostman1255 said, Ukkima, Stalking Shadow Flip with cazar is a powerful sultai food chain commander that no longer needs a wincon in the deck as ukkima can finish once you have food chain, free's up a few cards in the 99. but i second the Haldan, Avid Arcanist and Pako, Arcane Retriever do nothing on their own and certainly don't belong where they are on the list.

Prossh, Skyraider of Kher has dropped far. Either that, or the commander powercreep of the past 2-3 sets caught up to him and now there are simply a dozen new options on the same level. Maybe both.
How much of all this is caused by Thassa's Oracle?
