I'd definitely add Ulvenwald Oddity
Flip -> 2 hasty 4/4 creatures that can also give haste to all your birds and beasts in the late game.
Indrik Stomphowler is a little overpriced but your deck lacks removal spells so I think this could work here.
Consider Anara, Wolvid Familiar and Esior, Wardwing Familiar. They are legenday so Tawnos won't copy them but they are reasonably costed and provide protection for your commander.
The last thing that I'd change is your ramp. You're in simic -> colour that has the best ramp in the game. I would cut all mana producing artifacts and instead play cards that put more lands onto the battlefield like Rampant Growth, Farseek, Nature's Lore, Cultivate, Kodama's Reach, Nissa's Pilgrimage, Skyshroud Claim, Explore, Growth Spiral, Joint Exploration or Broken Bond.
If you cut all the mana rocks for land ramp you can also run the new card Fade from History.

thanks a ton. Underrealm Lich and Acidic Slime are on my to add list already. and for Blightstep Pathway Flip i was just saying the other day i need to do some land work on this deck to make it run more efficiently so thank for pointing out to change to Darkbore Pathway Flip.
i had never heard of Blood Artist or Grim Haruspex but ill make sure i grab them and find a way to work them in same with Krosan Grip and Indrik Stomphowler.

Good deck all around. I do have a couple of suggestions based on my long history with Meren.
1- Replace Blightstep Pathway Flip with Darkbore Pathway Flip. I'm assuming that's what you meant to enter?
2- Underrealm Lich is super underplayed in these reanimation-based decks, but it's beyond useful. It fills up your graveyard and protects you from milling out.
3- Blood Artist is pretty much a must-have for any aristocrats deck.
4- Grim Haruspex is incredible for card advantage.
5- Cards like Acidic Slime, Krosan Grip, and Indrik Stomphowler as most graveyard-hate cards are artifacts and enchantments and you'll want to be able to shut those cards down whenever you can (think Tormod's Crypt, Rest in Peace, Leyline of the Void, Relic of Progenitus, etc). You have some, but you could have more.
I like the deck themes you're working with; this looks pretty different from my build but I think this could help improve your power level a bit.

Meren Reanimaten'

Nice deck! I play Meren too, she's a super fun commander.
Given my experience, a couple of suggestions-
- Aid from the Cowl is super powerful as it tends to get several huge creatures out over the course of the game, plus many smaller creatures.
- Carrion Feeder is a nice sacrifice outlet.
- Reclamation Sage, Krosan Grip, Acidic Slime, Quagmire Druid, and Indrik Stomphowler are super useful cards to run given the prevalence of highly-played artifacts and enchantments that exile stuff from graveyards (think Rest in Peace, Leyline of the Void, Relic of Progenitus, Tormod's Crypt, etc). Many of them synergize with the deck nicely, too, as a cherry on top.
- Zulaport Cutthroat and Vindictive Vampire can put you at a HUGE life advantage over the course of a couple of turns. I have even used them as my win condition a few times, they're super powerful in this deck.
Besides that, the rest is looking really strong. I'm definitely going to steal some of your ideas. Nice deck!

Indrik Stomphowler is probably better off becoming Thrashing Brontodon , the more you can control when it dies, the sooner you can recycle it with your commander.
Pernicious Deed and Blast Zone make for good reusable boardwipes.
Mystic Remora is a great card draw engine. I'd consider using Mind Stone and Commander's Sphere for mana rocks to cycle for card draw as well.
The cards in your maybeboard that I think you should strongly consider adding: Siren Stormtamer , Sidisi, Undead Vizier and Glen Elendra Archmage . I'd try to cut down the number of instants and sorceries some to get more permanents of different types to constantly be recurred for value each turn.
