i see no synergy in your deck. you got some ramp artifact, ramp sorceries, ramp creatures, ramp enchantments, but nothing really synergizes. if you put all ramp into 1 of those, your deck gets alot better.
id say go for creatures, so you can end with a nice overrun effect. So grab all the 1 mana elfs that produce mana, your missing Boreal Druid, Joraga Treespeaker. Then get Priest of Titania, taps for all elfs.
For removal, run creatures aswell, id get Foundation Breaker, Druid of Purification, Bane of Progress, Haywire Mite, Reclamation Sage, Voracious Hydra, Acidic Slime, Duplicant, Kogla, the Titan Ape, Meteor Golem, Terastodon, Woodfall Primus, Ulvenwald Tracker
some other cards i would consider Champion of Lambholt (makes your creatures unblockable, Saryth, the Viper's Fang hexproof untapped, deathtouch when attacking (insanely powerfull with big trample creature).
non creatures i would run: Lifecrafter's Bestiary, Skullclamp, Return of the Wildspeaker, Inspiring Call, Harmonize, Rishkar's Expertise maybe a few things like Fade from History, Beast Within, Nature's Claim, Collector Ouphe is also really strong since you will be running creatures
Sure, the mana doubling can be fun, but is it really needed? your commander is gonna be 1-2 punching people, doubling your mana is gonna waste a turn, and you cant do alot with the mana other then empty your hand, and then you get boardwiped and your sent back to your childhood. Id cut them, and just get more consistency out of your deck

I have not been tracking new cards as they have been released. I tried looking through scryfall over the last year or two, but may have missed a few bears or alternative artworks since there are a ton of those now. So! I am sure I missed a few.
Please please please throw up suggestions for anything I missed or post it here!

Gleeock: I recently played the deck, and it just ran smooth as butter. The amount of ramp might actually be a bit much, though. Kogla and Yidaro is already in the mail, I'm so happy about that card. I'm currently considering taking out Fade from History for it, but I don't like cutting it that much. Maybe cutting Cultivate could work. Whatcha say?

Love it! I see you're trying to protect your stuff a lot. You might consider cards like Fade from History and Rampage of the Clans instead. Your strength is being able to bring stuff back from the graveyard while your opponents cannot :) I also recommend Bojuka Bog in every black deck and Bala Ged Recovery Flip as well as Reclamation Sage in every green deck. But heck this is sweet.

Card I'd consider removing:
Nyxbloom Ancient. The deck has a high average CMC. But by the time you can cast this card, that's not much of a problem anymore. This card is great when you have mana sinks. Which you do not.
Seedborn Muse. Yes it's good with three of your artifacts. I think the slot would be better served with something else.
Gauntlet of Power. You don't need this. It's slow.
Sol Ring. You run so few artifacts/Enchantments, you may just be better off running less of them yourself so you can use mass removal.
Nyx Lotus. Let your lands and creatures do the ramping for you.
Garruk, Savage Herald. You have 22 creatures in your deck. The +1 has a 80% chance of doing nothing the turn you play it. The -ability doesn't matter because most of your creatures are there to support planeswalkers.
Vivien, Arkbow Ranger. Again, lots of small creatures.
Vivien, Champion of the Wilds. The first ability is rather pointless, the static ability only affects creatures. The last ability is occasionally draw a card. Better replaced with something like Worldly Tutor or Natural Order or Chord of Calling.
Sylvan Anthem. Replace this with a win condition like Craterhoof Behemoth, Thunderfoot Baloth, Overrun, Tribal Forcemage, Kamahl, Heart of Krosa, Song of Freyalise, Pathbreaker Ibex, End-Raze Forerunners, Overwhelming Stampede

I'd definitely add Ulvenwald Oddity
Flip -> 2 hasty 4/4 creatures that can also give haste to all your birds and beasts in the late game.
Indrik Stomphowler is a little overpriced but your deck lacks removal spells so I think this could work here.
Consider Anara, Wolvid Familiar and Esior, Wardwing Familiar. They are legenday so Tawnos won't copy them but they are reasonably costed and provide protection for your commander.
The last thing that I'd change is your ramp. You're in simic -> colour that has the best ramp in the game. I would cut all mana producing artifacts and instead play cards that put more lands onto the battlefield like Rampant Growth, Farseek, Nature's Lore, Cultivate, Kodama's Reach, Nissa's Pilgrimage, Skyshroud Claim, Explore, Growth Spiral, Joint Exploration or Broken Bond.
If you cut all the mana rocks for land ramp you can also run the new card Fade from History.
