Well I'm doing two because I was almost done with this first one when I refreshed to see freshdemon's card. This one is another possible gatewatch enemy I've wanted to see for a long time, so here you go Iamme10000.

Crucius, Compleated

Legendary Planeswalker - Crucius

+1: Any number of target creatures become artifacts in addition to their other types. Each player puts the top three cards of their library into their graveyard.

-4: Destroy all nonartifact creatures. Draw a card for each creature destroyed this way.

-9: Return all artifact cards from all graveyards to the battlefield under your control. All noncreature artifacts returned this way become artifact creatures with power and toughness equal to their converted mana cost.

The idea behind this guy is that Crucius is in fact a planeswalker as is hypothesized, and he stumbled across Mirrodin/New Phyrexia. He saw what they were doing, compleating creatures by melding them with metal, and thought their causes were similar. He then allows himself to undergo phyrexian compleation, modifying himself along the way too, so he is perfect in both his eyes and the phyrexians. Because of his planeswalking capabilities, he is now an interplanar threat and probably the head of the phyrexians.

Najet of the Fang

Legendary Creature - Viashino

: Create a 2/1 red viashino creature token, then deal damage to target creature or planeswalker equal to the number of viashino you control.

Whenever a permanent dealt damage by Najet dies this turn, you may search your library or graveyard for a Dragon card with converted mana cost equal to or less than the number of viashino you control, reveal it, and put it into your hand. If you search your library this way, shuffle it.

The naming and abilities of this guy are supposed to be reminiscent of old viashino legends Hivis of the Scale and Zirilan of the Claw, tapping to do something dealing with dragons. Hope this is along the lines of what you had in mind, though neither of those two would have been on Jund since they were printed in Mirage.

You have close to an average of 5 CMC, 30 lands is simply not enough. The fewest lands I run in any EDH deck is 33 for this I would shoot for 37. You are going to need that consistency between 5 colors and high costs. It won't be easy but you will want to eliminate dragons. Try to figure out which dragons are kinda meh compared to others.

Some of my thoughts for removals are Archwing Dragon, Boneyard Scourge, Broodmate Dragon, Dragon Hatchling, Dromoka, the Eternal, Furnace Whelp, Harbinger of the Hunt, Hivis of the Scale, Shockmaw Dragon, Teeka's Dragon, Territorial Hellkite, Tyrant's Familiar. I have not played dragons but these seems the most underwhelming.
