legendofa Frist Ik drakes are Blue centered deck I've made a Drake mono blue tribe commander.

Second i didn't want Kazirak to be white I wanted one of my favorite tribes to in one of my favorite colors, and green has plenty of big flyers Ancient Bronze Dragon, Bounteous Kirin, Giant Dustwasp ect so Parardise Drake really isn't out of color, true it rare for green to bigger flyings but i would go as far as as that, and even if it was off color who care? Wizards have made plenty of off color cards over the years.

Talking about Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm why? One Miirym is a copy commander and it's a dragon creature not a drake, Kazirak isn't even close to Miirym in abilities either so again why bring her up? Because she's a big Temur flying like Kazirak?

Only two cards are triple red in a commander deck of 100 i don't see a problem with it and if your going to be using Kazirak your going to splashing in red and green anyways so no it won't be hard to splash red and green in a deck thats made to have red and green in it. And red and green combination drake same as the mono red argument in's going into Temur deck so you'll have no problem splashing the colors in.

Wydwen, the Biting Gale

Yomiji, Who Bars the Way

Oyobi, Who Split the Heavens

Skyfire Kirin or Bounteous Kirin

All of my suggestions (except the last) are decks I've built in the past that EDHREC has less than 100 decks on record for. I really enjoy Kamigawa stuff, and there's some room there to build really interesting things.

Here's some spirits I can point out

Reminder of the good old Deadeye Navigator is a spirit and the onnas are etb trigger plus a couple of more

You can also put in spirit avatars in this deck as well https://scryfall.com/search?as=&order=&q=%28t%3ASpirit+t%3Aavatar%29

Ore Gorger = have fun removing the opponents stupid powerful non-basic lands.

Karador, Ghost Chieftain ex main spirit tribal commander now can be the Lieutenant for this heck he's basically in a way Gisa and Geralf but for spirits

Kira, Great Glass-Spinner basicly a double dip on Drogskol Captain but problem is you have to shoot your abilities twice on your creatures to buff them.

Tomorrow, Azami's Familiar you choose from 3 chooses from a draw you choose the card for the situation going on and this is for every single dang draw.

You have a nice amount of enchantmentsEidolon of Blossoms feels sadden she's not in this Team

Eidolon of Countless Battles from the number of spirit tokens you make this is cute.

Drogskol Reaver seriously why is this not in the spirit usually have life gain and you can draw like crazy.

Ghostblade Eidolon oh great O-Karachi just has to make contact twice to eliminate someone from the game

Bounteous Kirin talk about life gain.

Infernal Kirin very classy you get to look at there hands and get a butt load of discard if you have the correct spirits

He Who Hungers...why...just why is this not in your deck? This is Coercion on a stick and it recurs a spirit when it dies (to hand) and you got token making.

Hokori, Dust Drinker plus bouncing it with Spectral Shepherd at the end step before you turn then casting it again and other spells and leaving at less 1 and a blue = cute

Elder Pine of Jukai you need lands you can dig to them with this plus combos with Loam Dweller

Last but not least Sekki, Seasons' Guide a huge 8/8 that makes spirits from damage and you can sac eight he's back on the board

Not to change the subject but I just re-discovered that the Kirin (Bounteous Kirin for example) are legendary. In the "spirit" of completely janky and "filthy casual" decks, between the kirin and legendary spirit dragon cycle how asinine would it be to build LEGENDARY SPIRIT TRIBAL with the terrible (according to most people) O-Kagachi, Vengeful Kami at the helm?

Instead of just doing regular spirit tribal that is. You could make use of Time of Need, Heroes' Podium and other jank and bounce effects to make the most of ETB effects.

Behind the Scenes and Unburial Rites aren't legal cards in this decklist; they have white mana symbols in their text boxes that technically means they are outside your commander's color identity.

Permeating Mass seems like an interesting 1-drop Spirit to include. Shuts down indestructible and other annoying creatures your opponents might choose to attack with.

Rend Flesh is on-theme and is far more effective removal than something like Tar Snare or Demon's Grasp.

Bounteous Kirin can really buffer your life total in conjunction with Iname as One's high mana cost and the slew of Spirits you're playing.

Forked-Branch Garami seems like powerful tribal recursion.

Petalmane Baku can fix your colors and ramp mana, which is important when you want to cast your 12-cmc commander.

Besides the fact that it is a staple mana fixer for EDH, Kodama's Reach is an Arcane spell, which has synergy with some of your effects, plus it's a flavor win.

He Who Hungers is a powerful counter to control decks, and provides an outlet for your weaker Spirits.

Soulless Revival is a superior Raise Dead because of the Splice onto Arcane ability.

Arashi, the Sky Asunder gives you repeatable flying removal, or one-shot flying board clear.

Death Denied provides even more recursion; plus it's an Arcane spell.

Haru-Onna is a pretty generous card advantage engine for Spirits.

Kyoki, Sanity's Eclipse hits opponents' hands hard by exiling their cards.

Myojin of Night's Reach is another hard-hitting card disadvantaging Spirit.

Hana Kami is cheap and can be used to recur an Arcane spell for more Splicing shenanigans.

Wear Away is the Naturalize variant this deck can make the most use out of.

Great decklist! Very flavorful, and I love how these Kamigawa cards are being utilized!

Here's what I'd drop:

  1. Bounteous Kirin - It fits the deck's theme, mostly, but it's very mana intensive for a minor effect. Lifegain is good, but it won't win games.
  2. Crypt Ghast - I'd like this in your deck more if you had an Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and even then, I wouldn't really like it. In a three color deck, his mana boost won't help nearly as much as it should.
  3. Divinity of Pride - This spirit isn't bad, but the mana cost kills it for me. You'll either have to not cast it in most circumstances or use up all of your white or black mana sources to cast it. It just doesn't do enough on its own.
  4. Faithful Squire - Doesn't really fit your theme, and the card isn't terribly good.
  5. Teneb, the Harvester - Not a bad card, but he needs to hit an opponent to have any effect and he doesn't fit the theme. He's just a bit too vanilla here.
  6. Swallowing Plague- it's a burn spell for removal, it won't do too much in commander. We can find better.
  7. Reins of the Vinesteed - You're likely to get 2-for-1'd, despite its ability. The ability is narrow and rather small. It just doesn't seem worth the slot.
  8. Death of a Thousand Stings - Five mana for one damage. It is really underwhelming. You can get better.
  9. Unchecked Growth - Pump spells are pretty weak in multiplayer, especially in commander.
  10. Seal of the Guildpact - It is ramp, but like Crypt Ghast, it's disproportionate. We can find you better ramp sources as your deck develops.

I'm also not a huge huge fan of most of the arcane instants and sorceries, but we can tackle those later on. As it stands, cutting these cards will give you a good start. Let me know what you think! And best of luck building.
