Not sure if it's too weak, but when I was playing with only older cards I was surprisingly happy with what Orim, Samite Healer could do, preventing 3 damage can be enough to make combat way more complicated for your opponents. If you have creatures with First Strike and Banding somewhat often, you might like cards that do the opposite of Orim, the clunkiest I can think of is Elite Archers, if you have this out and some Banding First Strike creatures it might make combat scary enough to matter. White used to get a fair number of creatures like this. Sorry if this kind of stuff isn't up to your deck's standards!

I've always loved a good 'tap to really annoy your opponent' type cards, some of my general purpose favorites are Spurnmage Advocate, Pulsemage Advocate, Intrepid Hero, Devout Witness, and the huge pie break Preacher. I think WotC stopped making cards like this because they're incredibly annoying to play against rather than them being functionally bad, but it is true that they come out and do nothing for a cycle. Sorry they don't have Banding, but they can help you win more games.

Again, not sure if it's too weak, but I've rarely been disappointed by Noble Purpose, it even stacks with Lifelink sources if you've got any. Spare life turns slugfest type games that old cards often produce into gradual advantage for you.

Since you have some Vigilance sources, maybe Righteous Fury would do some work? Even weirder, what about a Meekstone? Most of your bodies are small, it's a lot like another Crackdown.

I feel like if you're going to run Glorious Anthem you might consider Soltari Champion, the other White Shadow I often sneak into decks is Soltari Visionary. They both do something quite useful, but Visionary is a bit more meta dependent, some groups avoid Enchantments. Technically Soltari Champion works better with a Meekstone than a normal Anthem will.

February 2020 update:

Deck holds up very well in multiplayer, though some of the clerics' abilities aren't as relevant as I'd expected them to be so time to shave a bit off of the top for removal and more mana ramp. Some of the existing removal is being swapped for more versatile/lower CMC cards as well. I'm torn between Devoted Caretaker and Giver of Runes but went with Giver since its activation doesn't have a mana cost.

Out: Decree of Pain, Despark, Force of Despair, Return to Dust, Soltari Priest, True Believer, Devoted Caretaker, Orim, Samite Healer

In: Wrath of God, Cleansing Nova, Swords to Plowshares, Heliod's Intervention, Erebos's Intervention, Ashnod's Altar, Darksteel Ingot, Giver of Runes

Future: I do like the suggestions of Blood Speaker, Children of Korlis, Daru Spiritualist, Shaman En-Kor and Heirloom Blade and I'll see if I can eventually fit some or all of them in somehow, particularly the Blood Speaker and Blade.

DreadKhan on Healing deck

I feel like even the (very, very) humble Healing Salve is almost always way better than alabaster potion, but I'm not certain either is worthy of inclusion. If you are interested in damage prevention, I used to use Orim, Samite Healer as a budget EDH Commander, and she did some funny stuff for sure, be it blocking big creatures or helping negate slow damage sources entirely. Hard to win with her, but she was fun.

I feel like you could also consider Chalice of Life  Flip, in case you can't get the Sovereign out, it can be a back up win condition that is direct damage.

I think Shield Wall could be booted too, I wonder if you couldn't make Mobilization useful, as a mana sink that can delay the opponent with chumps, or push for the win in some situations I guess.

In terms of general problem solving good old Oblivion Ring is a nasty customer, being able to remove all kinds of annoyances preventing you from winning the game. Exile might be good fun, and theoretically, you might toss in up to 4 Swords to Plowshares as you don't care at all most of the time what your opponent's life is, just yours, and in a pinch, you can use swords on your own biggie to get your life total high enough to win.

Looks like a fun deck!

I think these are all great suggestions, but they aren't for this deck. I'm starting to create an aura deck with Bruna, Light of Alabaster as it's commander, so these are great suggestions for that one. I will probably keep in most of the cards that you think I should get rid of because of their uses later on. I have some crazy large cards in there like Serra Avatar, and I think that buffing them up isn't as important as either protecting myself, or dying while Exquisite Archangel is on the battlefield. Kami of False Hope is there as some early protection until I can get out some walls, Pariah is there more for Stuffy Doll than anything else. Ordeal of Heliod is there for me to get some early extra health and get some more power to a creature for a bit. Nevermore is a good suggestion for a card to get rid of. It doesn't really do much other than stall a commander for a bit. Moonsilver Spear is there for token generation because I don't have many creatures, same with Hanweir Militia Captain  Flip and Ajani's Chosen. Mirror Entity is a card that I haven't been sure about for a bit, so I may get rid of it unless I want to use it to buff up my tokens decently high, and use Odric, Master Tactician to make my opponent not block. Orim, Samite Healer is meant for early protection too. Sun Droplet allows me to regain health slowly, so I can take 3 or 4 damage (Which I do a lot) and not need to worry about my health being chipped away as much. Silence is there for more late game when I want to nuke to prevent them from countering as easily, if not Grand Abolisher is there. Dazzling Reflection is just kinda there for my theme of people trying to hurt me, but ultimately helping me. It isn't a crazy good card for early game and getting it early is kind of a waste of space in my hand, but late game it could be extremely good, especially if my opponent has an unblockable creature that is super buffed up. Walking Atlas is there to just help me get land faster, and if I put Land Tax in the deck, it will help me not have to discard if I don't have Reliquary Tower. Celestial Mantle is an insane card for Serra Avatar and Three Dreams is helpful to get it out and also a few others. Thank you so much for helping me with the deck. You've helped me out a ton and I can't thank you enough.

In mono color that's a great card. Some cards I would recommended taking out though are Pariah, Ordeal of Heliod, Nevermore because there are only one copies of cards in EDH and if you do it to their commander it will become a target quickly, Moonsilver Spear, Sun Droplet, Silence, Dazzling Reflection, Walking Atlas because it's ability isn't super strong early on and almost useless later on, Orim, Samite Healer, Mirror Entity because it doesn't help out your creatures much. It would be better if you had a lot of smaller creatures. Kami of False Hope, Jazal Goldmane (same as mirror entity) Hanweir Militia Captain  Flip, and Brigid, Hero of Kinsbaile. Not to pick your deck apart by any means because it's not bad, I just believe that it would be stronger if it followed more of a theme and was less defensive!
