Rule text of Donate for start of Rule 0 discussion based of the card Donate

"You give (by an effect you control) a permanent and receiving player does not lose anything in return (must not be an option for the receiving player to accept or turn down the donation)"

Debating adding its not a donation if you are getting something already out of it but since I'm not running any of the tempt cards I want to play test with leaving that as a donation since I want to keep it open to others.

wanted to exclude cards that exchanged one thing for an other since that is a trade and I fell a Donate Mechanic should be different then say Zedruu ability.
