Smoke needs to be added asap. Other ways to protect your walkers like Crawlspace, Silent Arbiter, Baird, Steward of Argive, Archon of Absolution, Archangel of Tithes, Peacekeeper, Pramikon, Sky Rampart (Spark Double can copy this guy naming opposite directions so noone can attack), or even Wall of Denial will serve you well here.

Actually surprised I don’t see the rest of the Norn's Annex effects in this deck. Those being:
- Ghostly Prison
- Baird, Steward of Argive
- Windborn Muse
- Archangel of Tithes
- Archon of Absolution
- Elephant Grass
That’s a lot of taxes for opponents to pay to attack you.

Also stripped Darien King of Kjeldor and Baird, Steward of Argive for 2x Keeper of the Accord and got rid of the 2 Captain of the Watch to replace them with some land fetch to fix mana curve early on Knight of the White Orchid

Power doublers that stack with double strike such as Two-Handed Axe, Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, and Inquisitor's Flail are pretty useful if you need Shivan Dragon to be huge.
I like how Unquestioned Authority offers unblockability while replacing itself. War Cadence offers a combat trick you can use to help get through.
Dawnbreak Reclaimer and Pulsemage Advocate are repeatable ways to recur your Dragon, there is also Gift of Immortality.
A nice spare Ghostly Prison effect can be found in Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs or Sphere of Safety, there are also Baird, Steward of Argive and Windborn Muse. In a pinch a card like Spurnmage Advocate or Intrepid Hero can make good deterants.
Vs running so many 1 colour wards have thought about Flickering Ward? You can run various tutors that can find it or another Enchantment such as Heliod's Pilgrim or Moon-Blessed Cleric, there are various spells that can do the same or better, plenty can also find equipment. If you do stick Flickering in you could also try Mesa Enchantress, which is also great with enchantments period.
With access to Pro Red, maybe some Red wipes that use damage? Some include Blasphemous Act, Chain Reaction, and Reckless Endeavor, Pro Red makes these 1 sided.
Hope some ideas here apply, I typed this fairly early in the morning, with only so much coffee, so forgive me if this is a heap of spam!

Baird, Steward of Argive offers protection for your Planeswalkers, which is handy.
Since you've got Dawnbreak Reclaimer, I feel like you might have an interest in some of the Advocates, I use Spurnmage Advocate, which can be used to help one player while hindering another, and Pulsemage Advocate, which can help you directly while making a presently allied opponent a bit stronger. Mass Diminish is a really surprising effect, there is very little some decks can do other than lose when their creatures become 1/1s for an entire turn cycle, while also having Flashback is just unreasonable value sometimes. War Cadence might be interesting if you want to force damage on an opponent from attackers, it makes it very hard to block, which also complicates things for your opponents who never know if you're going to use it on them. Flumph is a funny card, but you get to chose who gets the card at least.
A bit out there, but Strixhaven Stadium has a lot of synergy with stuff that makes it hard for people to attack you, especially since you have lots of flyers/evasives to sneak in with, this will speed things up if it sticks around.

March of Otherworldly Light is probably not great in mono white.
Ghostly Prison doesnt make the pay for walkers, Archon of Absolution Baird, Steward of Argive
I think Inspiring Leader over Sigarda's Summons since it is in the command zone but if people target your commander then its probably the other way around.
Maybe cut:
Ugin, the Ineffable, Elspeth, Undaunted Hero, Contagion Clasp (although proliferate is good its not great for 4 mana in mono white)
Rebuff the Wicked although it sounds great, people pretty much only deal with walkers through combat damage so fog effects are better
Teyo, the Shieldmage although he has good effects he is the weakest walker so idk how many more you need to cut
You are currently at 14 ramp, not sure if that was the plan or not
Definitely Cut:
Wanderer's Strike this one pains me because of the flavor, but 5 mana AND sorcery speed is too much

I have found Loxodon Gatekeeper and Baird, Steward of Argive to be useful, on-theme bits of pillow-fort, while Reverent Hoplite brings in some nice extra soldiers, and Bastion Protector can help keep Saskia alive.
I don't really think that Frontier Siege would be much use to you, and Angelic Accord seems pretty unreliable, though fun if it works.
Also, for a tribal deck in black, Patriarch's Bidding got a recent reprint!

Gift of Immortality Real annoying protection for Marchesa that makes everyone kill her twice to actually remove her.
However, there is one annoying thing I found about it. Doesn't get you the Monarchy if you chump with Marchesa with it attached to marchesa, while another source is taking away the Monarchy since it the Gift of Immortality trigger will resolve right before the damage being dealt from the opponent's attack.
Also there is another Windborn Muse affect on Baird, Steward of Argive
