Took out Pious Evangel  ^Flip, Brood of Cockroaches , Dutiful Attendant , Champion of Stray Souls , Woebearer , Corpse Blockade , Epicure of Blood and two basic lands for Well of Lost Dreams , Beacon of Unrest , Revival / Revenge , Brought Back , Swiftfoot Boots , Arcane Lighthouse , Fabled Passage , and Mimic Vat .

Neat deck! I'm always impressed by good builds with a tight budget. You might consider trying these: Mantle of Leadership , Wall of Blood , Conclave's Blessing , Murder Investigation , Custodi Soulcaller , Woebearer , Regna, the Redeemer , Reya Dawnbringer , Mimic Vat (not sure if this one counts, but it is available on tcgplayer for ~70c right now)

For the cut you asked for, I'd lose Woebearer. You've got plenty of recursion as is and that creature is the one I think you wouldn't miss.

Carrion Feeder better sac outlet than gnawing zombies

Apprentice Necromancer hasty zombies are cool, this seems like an all star under mimic vat

Plaguebearer-anti token tech

Relentless Dead good all around card

Shepherd of Rot good with whip of erebos

Tymaret, the Murder King sac outlet with minor upsides. the more zombies in the deck the better

Withered Wretch graveyard hate=super good. if you run a lot of graveyard hate maybe look at Living Death as well

Anathemancer silly ramp decks with their fancy dual lands

Cemetery Reaper graveyard hate and lord

Death Baron no one will block thrax

Diregraf Colossus seems good at swarming, really good with gravecaller and phyrexian altar

Lich Lord of Unx slow token production, kinda cool win con

Lord of the Accursed another lord

Nantuko Husk free sac outlet. maybe better than ashnod's altar?

Plague Belcher board wipe i dare you

Maybeboard Brief Analysis Show

Gudul Lurker: Unblockable; similar to Tormented Soul, but can be a 2/2 after morph. Do i want two one-drop unblockables?

AEther Figment: Effectively another 2 drop unblockable; probably a better than Blighted Agent.

Inkfathom Witch: Fear; a great combat trick if i have a lot of my low power creatures out. To put into perpective if I have 3 creatures and the witch, its a 4 turn clock.

Nether Traitor: 2 drop haste unblockable that keeps coming back; probably should go in the deck over Blighted Agent instead of AEther Figment, right?

Thada Adel, Acquisitor: Islandwalk with an artifact steal effect. Should I replace Nightveil Specter with her?

True-Name Nemesis: Protection from a named player; with bounce effects, this card can be a great beater. Dont know what I would take out for it though.

Skullsnatcher: Ninja with graveyard hate, something Im actually missing in this deck.

The Dauthi cards all have pretty interesting combos together, but probably the best ones are Dauthi Embrace or Dauthi Trapper as enablers, but they are pretty slow.

Archetype of Imagination is another enabler that should probably replace Wonder, but Ive found that it gets removed very quickly. Also, is it too expensive?

Anther enabler is Thassa, God of the Sea. Allows scrying, and its enable effect is cheaper than Rogue's Passage.

Drana, Liberator of Malakir works like a slower Necropolis Regent. It might be better than Glen Elendra Liege in the deck, but im not sure.

Riptide Entrancer works like Thalakos Deceiver, but without built-in evasion. For that reason, i dont think it should be in the deck.

Ashling, the Extinguisher's effect is like Throat Slitter; Removal is always great, and Ashling gets through hexproof or shroud.

Liliana's Reaver causes discard and produces tokens, but i feel it doesnt fit in this deck.

Banshee of the Dread Choir has myriad and causes discarding, but once again, i feel its better in other decks.

Broodbirth Viper, however, is pretty good in my opinion. With myriad, it can draw me tons of cards per attack. The tokens also provide ninjutsu fodder if i want it. Dont know what i should replace for it though.

Woebearer is great graveyard recursion, but I feel Hell's Caretaker is better.

Lord of the Void may be better than Mindleech Mass in this deck. Mindleech is already redundant with Silent-Blade Oni as well, but should I replace them?

Phage the Untouchable is a game winner, bjt this may be too cruel in this deck. Maybe Ill use it as a sideboard card for more competitive matches.

Scion of Darkness has the same effect as Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni, but much more expensive. While its good, it probably doesnt deserve a spot in the deck.

Big Game Hunter, Nekrataal, Bone Shredder, and Shriekmaw all are very good ETB removal effects. Of these, I would add in Bone Shredder and Shriekmaw for their innate evasion. Though BGH can be cutch against Blightsteel and the like.

Diluvian Primordial and Sepulchral Primordial are pretty insane and, with Deadeye Navigator, almost broken. Theyre pretty terrible with ninjas though.

Duplicant should be an auto-include, but i never got around to getting him. What should i replace for him?

Fleshbag Marauder and Merciless Executioner are pretty annoying cards for my opponents, but i feel that cards like Shriekmaw are better.

Mulldrifter was originally cut for Baleful Strix. Should I put it in again?

Sire of Stagnation can also draw me a crazy amount of cards if i can get it out early.

Cloud of Faeries, Peregrine Drake, etc.: Good only for Deadeye Navigator. ShouldI run them for another win condition?

Scuttlemutt: Fantastic with intimidate and Vela.

Tamiyo, the Moon Sage: Value city

Liliana of the Dark Realms: Insane ramp, so much that i feel it needs to be in this deck xD.

Blade of Selves: insane with all of the ETB and Attacking effects in the deck.

Quietus Spike: Pretty brutal in the deck. With Wound Reflection, its an auto-kill. Similarly to Phage the Untouchable, i feel bad about using it.

Conjurer's Closet gives more value to ETB effects, and Erratic Portal allows for another Crystal Shard. Cloudstone Curio is a one-sided Equilibrium. Is the three I have enough, or should add more of these effects?

What about more card draw effects like Bident of Thassa? Theres Coastal Piracy and Deepfathom Skulker.

I think I need some pillow fort effects in the deck because of all the attacking the deck wants to do. Propaganda, Crawlspace, Dissipation Field, and No Mercy are all great candidates. How many should I run?

Dire Undercurrents: Just pure value. Need to find a spot.

Buried Alive or Intuition: should I run one for Wonder and Filth

Increasing Devotion or other tutors: Is it imperative I run more?

Hi there! I enjoy a good zombie deck as much as the next guy, and I think you're on the right track. It does seem like your deck is trying to do too many things at one time. With the sheer amount of zombies available in the EDH format, it might behoove you to try to narrow your scope.

For instance, I love the graveyard hugs that zombies get. Being able to play something from your graveyard is thematic and awesome! Haakon, Stromgald Scourge, anyone? I think I would focus this deck around returning creatures to play over and over again, and maybe with some awesome death effects.

So cards like Woebearer, Apprentice Necromancer, and Phyrexian Delver all get a spot. Also spells - All Suns' Dawn, Aphetto Dredging, Disturbing Plot, Footsteps of the Goryo, Grim Discovery. There are tons of them!

Put together with sacrifice outlets like Altar's Reap,Grim Backwoods, and Greater Good. Then of course you have to have Grave Pact or Dictate of Erebos in play. Grafted Wargear also combos nicely.

And then you have your dredge (Shambling Shell) and cards that are just good with the theme. Avatar of Woe or Living End perhaps. I also like Grave-Shell Scarab even if it's not a zombie.
