This commander makes for such frustrating decks! I like the flicker + Voltron direction you're taking though! I'd suggest a few low cost equipments (trailblazer boots, swiftfoot boots, whispersilk cloak, lightning greaves) for protection, haste (flicker and still attack), unblockable. Drake Haven and Shark Typhoon are also great for this deck, tons of flyer tokens. You may also want to add more description of what you're looking for with the deck!
