Azoth2099 oh oops, done! I've been wondering these past couple days how to also make the deck work with the cards I want, with enough card draw, but also not extremely dependent on Kaalia. I've felt that my most powerful turns are around turn 5-6 where I become a threat if I go full unga bunga but after that if there's a board wipe or I got Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Serra's Emissary, or Kaalia of the Vast spot removed, I go the rest of the game crippled headbutting walls.

No problem dude! Glad to help, truly.

As a longtime brewer of this particular Commander, I'm definitely seeing a few cards here that I would cut in favor of more card draw, Ramp, Tutors, & Interaction to get you to your power pieces like Vilis, Broker of Blood. Please don't take this the wrong way, but it will be a shorter list to include the things that I would personally keep in the list, sans Lands. Here we go:

Creatures: Vilis, Broker of Blood, Rune-Scarred Demon, Burning-Rune Demon, Ancient Gold Dragon, Drana and Linvala, Mother of Runes, Giver of Runes, Grand Abolisher & Serra's Emissary

Artifacts: All Mana Rocks CMC 2 or less, Swiftfoot Boots & Lightning Greaves.

Enchantments: Dragon Tempest, Phyrexian Arena & Phyrexian Reclamation.

Instants: Boros Charm, Swords to Plowshares, h Path to Exile.

Sorceries: Damn, Diabolic Tutor & Seize the Spoils.

Everything outside of these ones should be replaced with value pieces imo! I'd also heavily recommend that you pick up a copy of Razaketh, the Foulblooded. It was just reprinted in Commander Masters, and is hovering around ~$8 at the time of this post! It was just like $25-$30 a little while ago. Insane. I'd also recommend looking through the Dominaria Remastered set, lots of spicy reprints in there that have taken a price plunge & could be great here like Sneak Attack & Gamble.

hey guys, I'm playing Serra's Emissary and wanted to know, if there is a way to protect me from planeswalkers with her? I dont really know if I can only choose between the standard card types like lands, creatures, instant & sorcerys or can I also choose a subtype like planeswalkers (or loyalty abilities?) to be protected from

Fair enough. I still think my other comments were valid (You have too-high odds of hitting an Arbor Elf off of Transmogrify, and your deck is trying to play two distinctly different gameplans, where it would most certainly be stronger if it was build to accomodate just one of these archetypes).

As far as more budget-friendly creatures to Transmogrify into, some good options include Serra's Emissary, Stormtide Leviathan, Sphinx of the Steel Wind, Terastodon, Inkwell Leviathan, and Sepulchral Primordial. Personally from that batch i’d say Serra's Emissary and Terastodon feel the strongest - though whatever you go with, I think it’s more important to not have Arbor Elf in your deck messing with your win odds. There are loads of ways to ramp without needing creatures - and there are loads of ways to easily make creature tokens to Transmogrify without risk.

Sanctuary Warden is a good budget Angel, for it's low price there aren't many other six drop Angels that are better. Bruna is not worth adding, you can get better reanimation with Karmic Guide or Emeria Shepherd.

Well of Lost Dreams is reliable draw when your Commander can gain life, but it loses a lot of effectiveness when it can't. When your Commander has flying, playing lot of other fliers and you want to be attacking than Mask of Memory can be nice budget repeatable draw.

Palace Jailer and/or Court of Grace can be powerful effects when you can defend to keep the monarch. The monarch is helpful for repeatable draw in mono white. Angels are good defenders, Giada gives them high toughness and there's many budget vigilance sources: Thraben Watcher, Loyal Unicorn. These could replace Seraph of Dawn, Stalwart Valkyrie, Light of the Legion

Consider finding room/budget for Sephara, Sky's Blade and Serra's Emissary? Either one of these Angels can enable attacking Angels to win. If matching price is a concern for cuts then they're better than Youthful Valkyrie or Righteous Valkyrie.

Angel tribe as a lot of budget Angels who are also removal sources. Get more value out of Angels other than attacking effects? These could replace Angel of the Dawn, Baneslayer Angel, Patron of the Valiant.

If I cast Serra's Emissary and choose Enchantments as the card type my creatures and I recieve protection from, will I still be dealt damage by Dark Suspicions? I ask, because I recieved the damage in a simulator and I thought that by playing Serra's Emissary I would be able to avoid this.
