Liesa but Angels
Hey, good WIP for Angels, nice Avacyn and Tithe.
When you break it down to the very basics of what you need for Angels it's three things: Angels, ramp and draw. Angels because you want to cast/attack with Angels, ramp because you want to be able to consistently cast your higher mana cost (4+ CMC) Angels and repeatable draw because you want to keep having Angels in your hand to cast. The better Angels you want to attack with, including Liesa, have a high mana cost, without more ramp you'll have a more difficult time casting them. Consider more lower mana cost (1-3 CMC) ramp and more repeatable draw sources?
In my opinion, a good rule for casual Commander deck building is having at least 10 sources of draw and at least 10 sources of ramp, allocate deck room for these. These are the most important two effects to have for smoother gameplay. Better overall gameplay makes playing Commander more fun since you'll get less frustrated with how your deck is running. Consider cutting a few of the lesser power cards compared to other cards here for more ramp and draw?
Add:
- Exemplar of Light, Resplendent Angel, Valkyrie Harbinger, Sanctuary Warden
- Arcane Signet, Talisman of Hierarchy or Mind Stone, Orzhov Signet, Wayfarer's Bauble
- Phyrexian Arena, Court of Grace, Mask of Memory, Collector's Vault
- Skullclamp or Transmogrant's Crown
- Knight of the White Orchid with Sunlit Marsh, Palace Jailer, Midnight Reaper
- Plumb the Forbidden, Night's Whisper, Read the Bones
Cut:
- Dragon Throne of Tarkir, The Pandorica, Halo Fountain, Entreat the Angels
- Unmake, Fate Forgotten and Isildur's Fateful Strike
- Legion Angel, Serra's Guardian, Emancipation Angel, Hailstorm Valkyrie, Vengeful Reaper
- Boon-Bringer Valkyrie, Seraph of the Scales, Angelic Skirmisher
- Season of the Burrow and Season of Loss
Some land upgrades to consider that are within the budget for the manabase: Caves of Koilos, Fetid Heath, Shineshadow Snarl, Great Hall of Starnheim, Tyrite Sanctum, Vault of the Archangel, Soulstone Sanctuary, Path of Ancestry
I hope this advice is helpful and I offer more if you're interested, about the potential adds/cuts I've suggested.

EJ!! Let's do this! This build is already tight, but here are my thoughts\suggestions...
Cards I'd consider cutting: Seize the Spoils, Reckless Endeavor, Daretti, Ingenious Iconoclast, Poison the Cup, Vengeful Reaper, Dream Devourer, Replicating Ring, Ward of Bones, Darksteel Forge, the flip tibalt guy, Ash Barrens, Cryptic Caves, Darksteel Citadel, Foreboding Ruins, Mortuary Mire, Zhalfirin Void
Cards I'd consider adding: Light Up the Stage, Chaos Wand, You Find Some Prisoners, Reckless Fireweaver, Valakut Exploration, Rakdos Charm, Murderous Rider, Praetor's Grasp, Rakdos Signet, Bojuka Bog, Luxury Suite, Blood Crypt, Haunted Ridge, Smoldering Marsh, Dragonskull Summit, Bloodstained Mire, Temple of Malice
I would also suggest swapping Red Elemental Blast for Pyroclasm... seems silly, but pyroclasm can be cast even if there are no blue targets. So may not be relevant, but could be randomly at some point.

You may wanna think of cards with Foretell such as Dream Devourer and Vengeful Reaper to get more treasure triggers. Revel in Riches gives you an alternative wincon.

Is this an EDH deck? If it is, and you want Oloro as your commander, mark it with (asterisk)CMDR(asterisk) in the deck building list.
Oloro generally wants to go slow and defensive. If that's what you're looking for, then look for stuff that prevents attacks or damage like Ghostly Prison . Felidar Sovereign could act as another win condition, but not everyone likes it.
Cards like Aven Skirmisher and Vengeful Reaper don't really do that much for this deck.
I'm not a great builder for EDH, so I'm sure I'm missing something obvious. These might be some starting points, though.

Sorin_Markov_1947 Thanks for the tip. I considered Binding the Old Gods as an addition however I wanted to keep the mana curve 4 or below with Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider being the exception as it can be useful against spam decks that stop attackers. Vengeful Reaper was added due to its fortell cost and ability to swing for lethal so in reality the mana curve is below 3. And the land balancing is due to tappedout counting Necroblossom Snarl as 2 of each when it can be either.

Bad "PR" (Poisonous Rogues)

To a degree yes, but at that point I'd just end up using Foulmire Knight in it's place. I wish Vengeful Reaper were a better card, it's a turn three threat at best.

Thieves' Guild Enforcer seems very situational. I think Vengeful Reaper could be better.

Deathtouch, Trample, & Poison Counters

Hey there, I used to play a lot with your friend Raging Regisaur back then. Glad to see you're doing much better than Rotting Regisaur btw, not sure what happened to him.
Anyway, that's an interesting take on the poison counter deck. It's a clever idea to use Rune of Might and Setessan Training to get through blockers with deathtouch. Actually I don't want to nitpick too much but an enchanted Varragoth, Bloodsky Sire would actually do 1 damage to the blocking creature and 2 damage to face because of the +1 attack. This means that it would work nicely with any 1/1 deathtouch creature, not just with Varragoth, Bloodsky Sire as you seem to imply.
Speaking of 1/1 creatures, this is a deck that ideally wants to win quickly by throwing as many deathtouch creatures at your opponent as possible to reach that 10 poison counter with Fynn, the Fangbearer asap, and just a quick look at your curve tells me that you would benefit a lot from having more 1 drops. You should definitely run 4 Foulmire Knight and probably even some extra Moss Viper . It would also improve your chances of having a target for your enchantments on turn 2, just in case.
I don't think you want too many Chevill, Bane of Monsters since he's legendary, and while Nighthawk Scavenger can be a powerhouse in the right decks, it's not really at home here since it's expensive, slow, and the amount of damage it deals should be mostly irrelevant. Vengeful Reaper in comparison seems like a great call to get that surprise finishing blow, I would run more than 1.
I'm not sure what you're trying to achieve with Garruk's Uprising since you already have the trample plan covered and giving trample to 1 power creature doesn't do anything for you. If you want card advantage, you might as well just run Call of the Death-Dweller instead to bring back 2 creatures from the graveyard, especially since giving one of them menace can be a big deal. Then if you get to enchant that creature it would really become a nightmare to block.
For your sideboard, running 4 Heroic Intervention under any circumstances will always be too many, it's too situational on top of taxing your mana. If you want boardwipe protection you might as well just remove like 2 of them in favor of more recursion spells again like Call of the Death-Dweller .
Another card you might want to consider is Binding the Old Gods because it's an amazing card already even in decks that ignore the 3rd chapter, but for you it could make your Toski, Bearer of Secrets even more annoying to manage.
Hopefully these are useful, cheers!
