Main combos/synergies:

• Repercussion + Blasphemous Act/Firestorm/Pyrohemia/Fire Covenant
• Necropotence/Neheb, Dreadhorde Champion + Glint-Horn Buccaneer
• Necropotence + Firestorm (draw a huge set of cards and discard at end step)
• Reckless Fireweaver/Nadier's Nightblade + Treasures (even better with Academy Manufactor!)
• Bloodchief Ascension + Mindcrank

We run basically every variant on "generate mana from attacking" in order to always have mana available in our second main phase, even if we need to cast a draining spell in our first main phase.
