Little evasive dudes like Tormented Soul and Nether Traitor come down early and start attacking, so a turn 3 Tymna can draw cards. Beloved Chaplain and Typhoid Rats can go aggro, or play defense. Kami of False Hope , Souls of the Faultless , and Defiant Vanguard discourage attacks, but if someone gets bold, Rebels have an ace in the library... Children of Korlis . Small drain effects like Drana's Emissary and Pontiff of Blight add a little more pain and gain. Ravos can get back defensive tricks like Lieutenant Kirtar , Kami of False Hope and Children of Korlis . If Ravos can't join the party, Wake the Dead can surprise an opponent with instant dudes.
