What's your philosophy here? What do you want your deck to do?

Bound in Silence fits better than Pacifism since you can tutor for it. Same thing with Big Game Hunter over one of your kill spells. Pious Warrior and Shield Dancer make pretty good surprise blockers too.

Junktroller, Mistveil Plains, and Reito Lantern add a little redundancy to Lin Sivvi, Defiant Hero, Mercenary Informer, and Rebel Informer.

You've also got pieces to a few combos but they would need a few more parts. Teysa, Orzhov Scion combos with Darkest Hour but it really needs a Blood Artist and Ashnod's Altar to work. Cho-Manno, Revolutionary combos with Pariah and Pariah's Shield. Those two also combo with Stuffy Doll.

One last Card. Conspiracy turns every creature into Rebels or Mercenaries, letting you tutor for any creature in your deck.

Pillory of the Sleepless seems like a better version of Bound in Silence as long as you are running enough black mana to cast it

In short, the effect puts Bound in Silence into play and since it is an aura it must enchant something and the aura's owner chooses what it will enchant as the Aura enters the battlefield. Since you don't actually "target" the creature, it allows you to put Bound in Silence on hexproof/shroud creatures.

A level 3 regional judge (epeeguy) explains it better here:

Nice. It's fun. I really like Heliod's Pilgrim.
I was playtesting your deck and noticed that there were times where I was flooded with lands. Maybe try going down to 22.
Your mana curve is in pretty good shape.
Adding a couple more creatures. I like Suntail Hawk.
I found Bound in Silence to be a little expensive at times, when I really needed it. I like Pacifism instead.
Maybe a few pump enchantments. Edge of the Divinity would be perfect in here.

Thank you whyundead3! I think Bound in Silence is a pretty good card, but to be honest, I really don't know what to get out of the main deck... The only reason I have a Big Game Hunter in main deck is that he have legs and can attack after he has done his trick... I forgot to put two of them in the sideboard (which need a lot of work), with another Big Game Hunter... I think I'm gonna to update it right now... thanks for the reminder!... I really not sure whith Riftmarked Knight, should I put it in sideboard or I'm missing something great of it?

I tried making a rebel deck a while back, really like what you're doing here.

Might I recommend Riftmarked Knight and maybe a one of Bound in Silence.
