So this deck is something fun I through together from the collection I had (and a few trades). I had noticed I had a good base for an enchantress deck. Tuvasa wants to built around lots of enchantments for a voltron built and card draw value. This deck isn't probably optimize as it could be, but more meant to be a fun mid power level deck.

Ramp/Reduction

There's not much Ramp in this deck, and running light on lands (30) to keep the enchantment count high, but with majority of the deck in the 1-3 casting cost light. As a side not I'm purposely not running too many "rocks" as I do have some artifact stax hate that targets all artifacts.

• Sanctum Weaver - somewhat of a Serra's Sanctum "on a stick" without the massive price tag.
• Sol Ring - the auto include in every deck for EDH... should not need explaination
• Arcane Signet
• Wild Growth - make a land give two mana
• Prismatic Omen
• Mirari's Wake - late game mana doubling

These few cards, while not true ramp, reduce the cost of enchantments:

• Herald of the Pantheon - reduce and gain some life while we cast our enchantments
• Starfield Mystic - reduce and pump up a creature with +1/+1 counters
• Starnheim Courser

Draw

This deck has an impressive amount of card draw engines with enchantments: The nice part of a lot of these cards, you still get the draw effects even if counters because of the "when cast" triggers.

Stax/Protection/Removal

Stax/Pillow Fort:

• Island Sanctuary
• Stony Silence - shuts down all mana rocks and other artifact combo pieces
• Aura of Silence
• Energy Flux - give all artifacts an upkeep of 2... this another reason I don't run too man artifacts
• Propaganda
• Sandwurm Convergence

Protection:

• Destiny Spinner - prevent our enchantments and creatures from being countered and backup way to create a big trampling creature in an emergency.
• Sterling Grove - give our enchantments Shroud
• Karmic Justice - protection and removal
• Privileged Position

Removal: A lot of these, while do nothing until need, they pump our commander (and other creatures) until needed.

• Seal of Removal - bounce creature
• Soul Snare - remove attacking creature
• Seal of Cleansing - artifact/enchantment
• Arrest - shutdown a creature
• Imprisoned in the Moon - turn an opponents creature in to a land, yes please.
• Karmic Justice

Other Spells and Creatures

• Mirrormade - copy another enchantment and have two of them (even enchantment creatures)
• Sigil of the Empty Throne - Get creature for enchantments
• Starfield of Nyx - turn all our enchantments to creatures and get some back from the graveyard every upkeep.

Some back up creatures

• Cold-Eyed Selkie - with blue being a well played colour, pump for some unblockable damage
• Setessan Champion - possible alternative if Tuvasa taken out to much
• Yavimaya Enchantress - another creature with Tuvasa effects, a backup creature
• Karametra, God of Harvests - big beater creature that can get us some more lands
• Amareth, the Lustrous - because of the amount of enchantments, this is an extra beater that can get us more enchantments to cast with his ability
• Sun Titan - get back enchantment from the bin.
• Silent Sentinel - gets enchantments from the bin on each attack
• Zetalpa, Primal Dawn - nothing more than a big beater with lots of key words that I can through pump enchantments on.

Voltron

Getting our creatures through:

• Aqueous Form - unblockable
• Aether Tunnel - Can't be blocked
• Spirit Mantle - Protection from Creatures (and small pump)
• Nylea, God of the Hunt - big creature that gives our creatures Trample

Pump our Creatures:

• Ethereal Armor - same affect as Tuvasa... lot o' enchantments = really big creature
• Rancor - the enchantment pumps, tramples and comes back if goes to the graveyard (which we can cast again for more cards)
• All That Glitters - more Tuvasa effects
• Ancestral Mask - +2/+2 for each enchantment
• Armadillo Cloak
• Duelist's Heritage - double strike for a creature
• On Serra's Wings - pump, flying, vigilance and lifelink.
• Helm of the Gods - more Tuvasa effects
• Nettlecyst - more Tuvasa effects

Wincons/Other fun stuff

Really you just want beat down with Tuvasa so load her up with some of the unblockable and Pump spells and smack it into your opponents.

Fun Stuff

• Enchanted Evening + Aura Thief - make all lands, artifacts, creatures enchantments as well.. then steal them all with aura thief... I put this in fun stuff... but I expect if I pull it off, everyone will scoop.
• Sandwurm Convergence + Island Sanctuary - Full Pillow fort mode. (add in one of the enchantment protection spells and locked out pretty much anyone from attacking you. Just have to worry about direct damage)
• Archetype of Imagination + Island Sanctuary - Another Full pillow fort mode.
