Deck dedicated to my son Tiago "Alexandre". The winning condition Aproach of the Second sun was chosen from my son Amonketh's favorite collection (loves Egypt).
Deck Very fast to reach a winning combo and with a very strong base of control. The King Alexander moves fast to victory eliminating anything that gets in your way!

Easy to handle: Accelerate with mana rocks and mana creatures until you reach an infinite mana combo and clean up anything that gets in your way!. The King Alexander has several strategies at his disposal -

Faeburrow Elder or Incubation Druid + Freed from the Real or Vigean Graftmage;

The classic Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal that uses mana rocks and mana creatures to infinity ... And beyond!

The King has several advisors - Ad Nauseam; Intuition(choose 2 cards you need + Eternal Witness if you don´t have it yet to have access to the two cards even if they fall in the cemetery) ; Demonic Tutor; Lim-Dul's Vault; Mystical Tutor; Plunge into Darkness; Vampiric Tutor; Worldly Tutor who will help you win! But follow his advice carefully ... The King cannot be betrayed!

Now with an endless army of mana, use King Alexander's activated abilities to end your opponents! You can make them buy the entire deck and die on the draw (don't forget to Silence them so as not to interrupt the king! Create creatures with endless power and give them trample and haste ... Draw cards until you have the Approach of the Second Sun in hand, play, buy again and win the game calmly and orderly ...

The King has other features at its disposal If your opponents are unworthy of a quick end or surrender: In the peak of the battle it's time to show them what a true king achieves and launching his two elite assassins.

Release Dockside Extortionist + Mayhem Devil when the enemies have 5 or more artifacts and/or enchantments in the battle. Dockside enter the battlefield Create five treasure artifacts and sacrifice them to give 5 mana and 5 Ping damage with Mayhem Devil, give two of that damage to Dockside Extortionist and the other 3 Wherever you want. With the 5 mana you have activate the reanimator hability of the King and put Dockside Extortionist back in to play with another 5 artifacts... Nasty! *Don't forget to leave all opponents at 1 health to kill them at the same time to avoid running out of artifacts and enchantments that give you the resources to continue the loop.

Changing other way to win to make a surprise!

Out: Approach of the Second Sun; Vigean Graftmage; Incubation Druid; Freed from the Real

In: Jace, Wielder of Mysteries; Laboratory Maniac or Thassa's Oracle; Demonic Consultation; Tainted Pact.

With this combo version you are not required to have an infinite mana combo to finish the game. just use a Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact to remove the entire deck when you already have a Laboratory Maniac or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries ready to go into action. But be careful ... You have always prepared some protection to not be betrayed and "die on the beach" ...
