Maybeboard

"My brothers, at long last we stand reunited. The Infernal Gate has been prepared, and the time of our final victory is at hand. Let the way to Hell be opened! And the Evil that was once vanquished shall rise anew. Wrapped in the guise of man, shall he walk amongst the innocent, and Terror shall consume they that dwell upon the Earth. The skies shall rain fire, and the seas will become as blood. The righteous shall fall before the wicked, and all of Creation shall tremble before the burning standards of Hell!" - Mephisto, Lord of Hatred (Diablo II)

/ Demons & Devils Tribal EDH.

Flavour-wise, I am trying to evoke memories of gothic fantasy-worlds such as the ones created for the classic computer games Diablo and Diablo II.

The "Maybeboard" is humongous and it's going to stay that way so long as I believe that the cards there have the potential to make the deck cooler and/or perform better. Revisions are on-hold for the moment as I contemplate what to add/remove next.

Suggestions that improve upon flavour first and efficiency second would be appreciated. Budget options are especially welcome. Even though I may seem to have access to a few more expensive cards (ie.: Demonic Tutor, Badlands), that stuff was given to me ages ago by people who quit MtG, and I do not wish to pay more than $10 per card for revisions to the deck (as much as I would cherish the addition of a Damnation).

Current Top Considerations for Addition (Alphabetical Order):

Abhorrent Overlord = high colourless cost (), decent devotion and sac synergy, tokens, etc.

Bonfire of the Damned = flavour is on-point for an X-spell and offers a possible opponent board-sweep

Buried Ruin = good flavour (unearthing "abandoned" demonic crypts, etc.), gets valuable rocks/equips back

Decree of Pain = flavourful board wipe with card-draw (both things this deck needs more of)

Delirium = wicked art and great combat-trick blowout potential

Dread Cacodemon = high colourless cost () for a big demon with a one-sided board wipe

Havoc Demon = sick art/flavour, high colourless cost (), anti-indestructible board-wipe

Indulgent Tormentor = cool art demon, cheap to cast, can activate Rakdos, Lord of Riots, card draw

Overseer of the Damned = great ETB effect, creates sac-fodder/chumps, high colourless cost ()

Rakdos Ickspitter = activates Rakdos, Lord of Riots, pings creatures, looks like a Hell-ish servant

Reaper from the Abyss = strong body, not too expensive to cast, fairly safe for my board, good tribal flavour

Seizan, Perverter of Truth = cheap to cast with a big body, really cool art and name, supplies great card draw, self-preservation through politics

Shadowblood Ridge = beautiful art with good colour filtering

Sire Of Insanity = if I can't have cards, no-one can (also just looks terrifying)

Sulfurous Springs = some devil representation in the art, provides more colour-fixing

Temple of Malice = flavour is great and provides good colour-fixing with a useful scry
