Lifegain all the way, with some fun surprises to end the game if things get hairy.

There are several cards that I am thinking should be removed from mainboard, and replaced with Maybeboard. Please give suggestions and why!

Torment of Hailfire, for when you have mana to spend, but not much else to do.

Sanguine bond and exquisite blood for an infinite combo to kill everyone. This works with Vito, thorn of the dusk rose, or Defiant Bloodlord if you lose Sanguine Bond. There are a couple cards to get Exquisite blood back if you lose it, or vizkopa guildmage can sub in. Aetherflux Reservior to hit for 50 when youre in surplus life. Sorin Markov has dirty tricks for the win. Sorin, Grim Nemesis will make you a load of lifegain tokens. Of course, Karlov of the Ghost Council can kill your enemies ala Commander damage pretty easily, as he get quite big fairly quickly with the lifegain theme.

Overall this deck is quite fun. It plays pretty well, but sometimes can get skunked on a bad hand.
