jamesmac42, I'll add Resplendent Angel to the maybe board, as it works well both playability and thematically, but Indulging Patrician is a perfect example of the cards I'm looking for in this deck, which is synergistic passive drain. Ideally I'll be able to fit both in at some point.
fuxx, thanks for the upvote! I have been asked about this card before (perhaps not on TappedOut), and I don't run it for a couple reasons; it has a cmc of 5, which is awkward when the commander costs 5, I don't run the most creatures so a lot of the time I wouldn't make full use of the recursion, and people dislike saccing a creature every turn (just look at how people react when you drop a Sheoldred, Whispering One).
The goal here is to be able to hurt people while staying under the radar, and wait until we get to the point where we hurt them so much that they can't stop us even if they wanted to. People value their permanents much more than their life totals for most of the game.

Santiago1011 have you considered running Resplendent Angel over Indulging Patrician? It’s a little more mana restrictive, with the added cost of having to gain two more life to trigger, but I think it could provide more utility. Plus, Liesa, Shroud of Dusk hits for 5 anyway!

BW keyword soup tribal? BW keyword soup tribal! May I introduce you to keyword soup all-stars Vampire Nighthawk , Vampire of the Dire Moon , and Indulging Patrician ? Also, another pet card of mine, Oketra's Monument which gives you tokens with vigilance and reduces the cost of your commanders! I'd say cut the aristocrat cards seeing how you minimal sac outlets. Also, if your goal is to just overwhelm people with keywords, Thalia's Lancers is a great choice because you can tutor out Odric to finish the game.

Here are my recommended 5.
Obzedat, Ghost Council: Lack luster at 5 mana and difficult to cast with 4 pips. It also only hits 1 opponent.
Alela, Artful Provocateur: I feel like you would be happier to draw a Ghostly Prison or Norn's Annex in 90% or more of situations.
Defiant Bloodlord: Costs too much and you already have sanguine bond and too other effects that do this.
Drana's Emissary: Too little gained and no payoff until next turn. Indulging Patrician is what you want to play for 3, not this.
Spell Pierce: Too many times this will be dead card in hand. Dispel maybe to replace but this should be cut.

I'd cut Alela, as I'm pretty sure she has exactly nothing to do with your strategy, as well as the aforementioned Indulging Patrician. Baleful Strix as without bounce effects it just cantrips for little additional value, Pristine Talisman--three mana rocks aren't worth the tiny bit of life it'll give you. And maybe Blood Tribute as you don't have a staggeringly high amount of vampires. That last one is up for debate, though.
I'd add the other Talismans, Hallowed Fountain to replace Temple of Enlightenment, and so on for the other Shock lands and the other Temples.
Great deck!

Indulging Patrician seems kind of lackluster in commander.
