Vamp/Bats

Hi basedgubbs! If you are new to Magic the Gathering then welcome! I love that your first deck idea is based around bats and vampires as the vampires are what drew me into Magic! I don't want to throw too much at you in this comment but want to help get you on the right track so you can craft this deck how you want.
Sticking with the white and black cards making up your deck so far, I would switch out your commander with a white and black color identity (Elesh only allows for white cards to be in the deck). Some of my recommendations in no particular order are: Commissar Severina Raine, Baron Bertram Graywater, Elenda, the Dusk Rose, MacCready, Lamplight Mayor, and Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim. I think any of these could prove useful in building lots of bats and vamps!
I would also recommend taking out 20 lands (10 Swamp and 10 Plains) and splitting those 20 slots into Instants/ sorceries/ enchantments/artifacts.
Here are just some card recommendations for generating bats and vampires: Regal Bloodlord, Lunar Convocation, Call the Bloodline, Bloodline Keeper Flip, Timothar, Baron of Bats, and Aclazotz, Deepest Betrayal Flip. A couple cool cards that might be fun for winning are: Mephidross Vampire Malakir Bloodwitch.
Wishing you the best on your journey with MtG and happy crafting!

I was thinking the same thing about Regal Bloodlord I'm testing out taking Smothering Tithe and Priest of Forgotten Gods although I think I might put the priest back in. I feel the same about Utter End but man it's felt really good on some playtests, the versatility to destroy almost anything is great.

Everything seems to fit thematically and mechanically, so which cards are pulling a little less weight or have enough redundancy? My thoughts are Regal Bloodlord (lots of token producers, and this looks like the most restrictive trigger, 5-mana 2/4 isn't great), Black Sun's Twilight (good 2-for-1, but less impactful at lower costs and you have several other recursion and reanimator cards), Utter End (versatile but mana-heavy), maybe Black Market (do you need piles of during your main phase?), maybe Debt to the Deathless (how big does it get?), and something else that just does a little bit less than everything else. Those are my picks for cuts, but live testing is the best way to know for sure.

First off, you may want some payoffs for your lifegain. Voice of the Blessed, Ajani's Pridemate, Regal Bloodlord, Nykthos Paragon, Archangel of Thune, and Ajani, Strength of the Pride are the first ones I can think of.
Card draw seems to be something this deck could struggle with, so I'd suggest at least adding Sign in Blood, Night's Whisper, etc. You already have a few but it might be best to add a few more just in case.
Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose is nasty in these kinds of decks.
And, finally, from the looks of it you're focusing primarily on Elas's second line of text, the lifegain part. Is this intentional, or do you want to find ways to exploit his second ability? I have a few synergies/combos that could help you get started if that's the case.

Kazierts for life gain i like Noble Purpose, because it's a good universal life gain card that I already own, and I threw Glass-Cast Heart in there for the cheap tokens and life gain/loss. My idea would be to keep one Regal Bloodlord cut the other, cut Restless Bloodseeker Flip Glass-Cast Heart and Defiant Bloodlord for 2 of Vito and 2 blight-preist

Cut Defiant Bloodlord, Regal Bloodlord and Restless Bloodseeker Flip. They either cost too much or aren't that good of a payoff. Marauding Blight-Priest costs a bit more than the Bloodseeker, but it's much better for your strategy.

Teysa, Orzhov Scion ( COMPETITIVE)

I've made several versions of EDH decks around the Teysa's and token spawns. Some neat stuff you can do;
-
Spirits! Afterlife is useful, but we can also use stuff like Bishop of Wings alongside Requiem Angel to get some neat trigger stacks. Divine Visitation on top makes it absolutely brutal, but that's probably not where your deck wants to go.
-
Another value source of tokens are the enchantments that trigger on lifegain; Regal Bloodlord , Griffin Aerie and Angelic Accord , for example.
-
Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim . I mean... :)

Soul Sisters Machine Gun - Pauper (Update Friday!)

This is neat. Mayne take a shot at pauper edh. It's the same rules and ban list ad edh except every card in the 99 has to be a common card at some point in history just like pauper rules. And the cmdr has to be an uncommon at some point in history. A commanders you could build around using this deck idea are. Vizkopa Guildmage, Cliffhaven Vampire, and Regal Bloodlord
