Prototype Animar Birthing Pod / Vannifar combo deck.

This is a bit of a janky brain-child really. The purpose of this deck is to take a wild series of intertwining lines to try and one of the several exit conditions resulting in either milling out opponents, creating infinite hasty creature tokens, infinite damage to opponents, etc.

The main engine is to use Animar, Soul of Elements with a few +1/+1 counters and Ancestral Statue which allows for infinite ETBs and an infinitely sized Animar. That paired with anything like Impact Tremors or Purphoros, God of the Forge is the general gist.

To support this combo as well as other alternatives like Kikki Jikki, Mirror Breaker this deck also has Birthing Pod and Prime Speaker Vannifar to help fetch out creatures and cycle up to a creature of Y CMC starting from X using a variety of etb untap creature/permanent abilities. With a few other cards thrown in to further enable the combo and speed things up.

So this combo can start from a creature of CMC 1 or any CMC above that using either Vannifar or Birthing Pod depending on the amount of mana open and whichever was easier to draw or tutor first.

CMC creature -> Corridor Monitor -> Deceiver Exarch or Pestermite -> Breaching Hippocamp -> CMC creature

then you combo from 3 to 4 into the Ancestral Statue assuming Animar is live with a few counters. Or if Animar is not an option having a Kikki Jikki combo piece available and sacrificing a 4 CMC creature into Kikki Jikki or the combo piece if he is in hand. The goal is not to force this but use it to accelerate all of the other finishers as most of the lines end in a similar fashion. Allowing for different situational routes to be taken depending on what's going on in the game.

There are a variety of regular interaction pieces because we are in blue. I'm still looking at the balance of different counters vs other spot removal items but generally having enough protection to ensure we can combo off and disrupt other players when occasionally needed is helpful. Other pieces like Heroic Intervention or Veil of Summer can also help protect our permanents and combo pieces as most are creatures.

Stuff like Rhythm of the Wild helps to enable any Vannifar combos as riot can give haste. This is also a nice perk for any mana dorks that get played after.

Beyond the Vannifar/Pod and and Ancestral Statue there is the additional option of using Cloudstone Curio and a few creatures that have non-colored mana costs. As a result i've included 4 morph creatures for some extra tech and a fun combo in "Pickle Lock" with Brine Elemental and Vesuvan Shapeshifter . As long as you have 3 +1/+1 counters on Animar morphing a creature costs .
There are a variety of ways to win using some of the listed combos

and probably some other options like just punching people with an Animar with greater than 21 +1/+1 counters.
