A edited/upgraded version of Mystic Intellect from the commander 2019 products. The deck functionally plays the same but ineffective and arbitrarily high cost cards are cut from the pre-constructed deck, more synergistic and explosive cards are added to the current deck instead. The deck can play in a competitive format, but it depends on your playgroup's meta. The deck centralizes around the mechanics of flashback and interacting with the stack quite frequently. Your main priority half of the time is to protect your commander. Sevinne is a very mana intensive commander that can accumulate to a ridiculous high cost if you're not careful. Sequence your cards correctly then use your big brain intellect to bury your opponents with value. The deck is not rocket science, it's easy to get the hang of it once you play two or more games with it.
