First ever BUG/Sultai commander deck! Like a lot of people, this was the Dominaria commander I was most excited to build. This deck wants to maximize the value of Muldrotha's ability by playing (mostly) low-CMC permanents with ETB effects, sacrifice triggers, or both.

I tried to balance the color interaction to get the broadest range of effects:

- card draw + control

- ramp + artifact/enchantment removal

- creature removal

- landfall/untap effects

- sacrifice/reanimate

Muldrotha straight breaks certain cards like Strip Mine and Mystic Remora. Being able to re-cast anything with cumulative upkeep or evoke is crazy, as is sac'ing and re-casting ramp cards like Solemn Simulacrum or Sakura-Tribe Elder.

Hell's Caretaker does massive work in this deck, swapping Solemn Simulacrum (for example) for high-value/high-CMC cards like Kokusho, the Evening Star, Lifeblood Hydra, Protean Hulk, etc...

I know Lion's Eye Diamond is a staple, but I don't own one (and I'm not buying one), so it's not in here. Other than that, I'd love to hear suggestions for cards I've missed or comments on cards I've included. Please upvote if you like the deck!
