Draw some cards, do some things. Wanted to try and build a discard/madness/cycling focused deck with all the good/useful new stuff and some older pieces to help it along. These two commanders don't really fit together apart from the fact that they draw me cards and minimize a bit of aggro. Other cycling decks and edhrec used as reference, suggestions on theme appreciated.
