A Nasty MonoBlue Control Deck

Built around Kaho, Minamo Historian

When you drop Kaho, Minamo Historian, You can choose 3 instants to exile along with it that you can cast with her activated ability. I would choose a draw spell, a control spell like AEtherize, and a flicker spell like Ghostly Flicker. Wait until the right moment to either draw cards or control the board. Once you've used your spells, cast the flicker spell to exile and restore Kaho to the battlefield, allowing you to choose 3 more cards. Save up mana for cards like Peel from Reality, that way if your commander is in danger, it can jump back to your hand. Between counters and bounce effects, Kaho should never hit the graveyard, and never have to pay a higher commander tax.

Secret Technology

This deck's build around combo is: Walking Atlas + Retreat to Coralhelm These cards together allow you to play every land in your hand, untapped. There are various cards in this deck that can abuse this mechanic, like Meloku the Clouded Mirror, which would allow you to summon infinite tokens.

Generally, the strategy here is to just ride out the storm and mill your opponents out. Need to playtest more to figure out what actually works.

Wacky Combos:

Walking Atlas + Retreat to Coralhelm + Enter the Infinite Draw your entire deck and deploy every land onto the battlefield. From here you should be able to get the kill using High Tide + Blue Sun's Zenith or by just playing Jace, Wielder of Mysteries and using the +1

Spell Crumple + Tunnel Vision

This will blow up your opponent's deck and leave them with only a single card. Spell Crumple can even be tutored up with Kaho.

Alternatively, you can scry a card to the bottom with Retreat to Coralhelm and then cast Tunnel Vision on yourself to destroy your own library, and then win off Jace, Wielder of Mysteries using the +1

Palinchron + High Tide will allow you to infinitely return Palinchron to your hand, netting mana each time. Funnel this mana into Blue Sun's Zenith to blow up an opponents library or draw every card in your own library with Sphinx's Tutelage on the battlefield to kill em' that way.

Playing Enter the Infinite while you control Sphinx's Tutelage will result in probably enough triggers to mill out an opponent's deck.

Walking Atlas + Retreat to Coralhelm allows you to play every land in your hand. You can infintely return Oboro, Palace in the Clouds to your hand and replay it, and get infinite landfall triggers with Hedron Crab.

Alternatively, you can return a land you control to your hand with Meloku the Clouded Mirror to make a token and then replay the land to generate infinite tokens. Similarly, you can use Uyo, Silent Prophet this way to copy a spell infinite times (i.e. Blue Sun's Zenith)
