Maybeboard

This deck isn't too complicated: you just use and re-use a bunch of utility creatures while getting out your combos. Ramp up some mana, and stop your opponents from winning while doing your best not to broadcast that you are a threat. Play politics, until you can benefit from infinite Recursion.
This deck is meant to secure a win around turn 5 by combo. This puts it at tier 1 or 1.5 (on the 0 to 5 scale tier list, or between S & A on the S/A/B/C/D scale) and a Competitive 9 on the Command Zone scale.

My "goldfish" data (playing against no one, racing for a game-ending combo) suggests that this deck with its current list combos off turn 4.353 with a standard deviation of 1.121, and a 95% confidence interval of .179, in a study with an N of 153.

Most combos involve sacrificing creatures and returning creatures to the board infinitely. This, I jokingly refer to as Saccking off, because once you go infinite like that, you are essentially playing with yourself.

Combos that don't require a sac outlet

Loyal Retainers + Saffi Eriksdotter (infinite ETG effects, and infinite ETB) This combo gets around Torpor Orb-like effects.

Animate Dead + Leonin Relic-Warder

Leonin Relic-Warder + Necromancy

Dance of the Dead + Leonin Relic-Warder

Animate Dead + Felidar Guardian

Felidar Guardian + Necromancy

Dance of the Dead + Felidar Guardian

Combos that do require a sac outlet

Reveillark + Saffi Eriksdotter (Net gains creatures!!)

Saffi Eriksdotter + Sun Titan

Renegade Rallier + Saffi Eriksdotter

Karmic Guide + Saffi Eriksdotter

Karmic Guide + Reveillark (Net Gains Creatures!!)

Fiend Hunter + Karmic Guide

Felidar Guardian + Karmic Guide

Fiend Hunter + Sun Titan

Dance of the Dead + Sun Titan

Dance of the Dead + Renegade Rallier

Animate Dead + Sun Titan

Animate Dead + Renegade Rallier

Necromancy + Sun Titan

Infinite Sac outlets

Phyrexian Altar Infinite Colored Mana

Ashnod's Altar Infinite Colorless Mana

Sadistic Hypnotist Infinite Discard

Viscera Seer Infinite Scry

Woe Strider Infinite Scry, can return itself from the graveyard and that's not irrelevant, also produces a creature token (fun way to play 2 spells and win by enchanting the goat with Pattern of Rebirth and sacrificing it to Woe Strider and starting the Boonweaver Giant combo)

Carrion Feeder Infinitely large creature (Oooh she thicc) (sacrifice to Diamond Valley to gain infinite life)

Altar of Dementia Infinite Mill (use to mill out your opponents or yourself, this is helpful to dig for a win con when you have a non-lethal combo)

Reusable Sac Outlets

Phyrexian Tower Fast mana is good mana

Diamond Valley No mana is bad mana but a resuable sac is good, and life is alright I guess

High Market second verse same as the first. Mana good, sac good, life okay

Single Use Sac Outlets

Dread Return Any card that is free to cast and returns any creature from the graveyard is NUTS. Sacrificing 3 creatures is typically more of an upside than a downside, so this card goes wild.

Victimize Sac one creature to get two? That's free real estate

Culling the Weak Fast mana wins games. Saccing creatures wins game. This card wins games.

Diabolic Intent It's a Demonic Tutor that requires a creature to sacrifice. Half the time that's an upside more than a downside

Eldritch Evolution Climb the creature tree till you win.

Necromancy Casting this enchantment at instant speed makes you sacrifice the creature at end of turn, and that sometimes wins the game (enchant Protean Hulk at instant speed and win on end step)

Zulaport Cutthroat (Infinite ETG => Infinite loss of life to all opponents)

Cruel Celebrant (Infinite ETG => Infinite loss of life to all opponents)

Blood Artist (Infinite ETG => Infinite loss of life to target opponent(s))

Protean Hulk + a sac outlet, fetch Karmic Guide and Viscera Seer or Carrion Feeder, return Protean Hulk with Karmic Guide's ETB trigger, sacrifice Protean Hulk and fetch either Saffi Eriksdotter or Reveillark and go infinite. Another fun but slightly weird line that uses Protean Hulk is that Necromancy lets you sacrifice the creature at end step if you cast it as though it had flash. So if you can put Protean Hulk into your graveyard, and then flash in Necromancy, at end step you get the Protean Hulk triggers, and then on your opponents upkeep you can finish saccing off (because you can't activate abilities on cleanup when Necromancy's effect triggers, so you have to wait till the next actionable phase).

Boonweaver Giant + sac outlet = put Boonweaver Giant on board, fetch Pattern of Rebirth, sac Boonweaver Giant, fetch Karmic Guide, use Karmic Guide's ETB Trigger to return Boonweaver Giant, use Boonweaver Giant to return Pattern of Rebirth and sac Boonweaver Giant again, this time fetching Reveillark or Protean Hulk, go infinite, profit.

Defense of the Heart Tutor out any two creature combo. Conditional on opponents having creatures and not solving for the enchantment before your turn. Use Forbidden Orchard to ensure that an opponent has 2 creatures.

Tooth and Nail Tutor out any two creature combo. Luckily, this works even if you have no board position (ie. are lacking a sac outlet), because of the Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Triskelion combo.

Demonic Tutor, Diabolic Intent, and Vampiric Tutor all fetch any combo piece without giving any information to your opponents. You gotta be sneaky fam.

Wishclaw Talisman tutors out whatever you need without revealing information, but you should be careful to win the turn you use it, lest you give a tutor to your opponent. A fun line you can pull with this is using it to tutor for 2 combo pieces, by tutoring Leonin Relic-Warder first, and playing Leonin Relic-Warder and exiling Wishclaw Talisman to get it right back. From there, if you have any one sac outlet and any one win con, you can then just tutor out any one of the enchantments that combo with Leonin Relic-Warder, specifically; Animate Dead, Necromancy, or Dance of the Dead.

Academy Rector + any infinite sac outlet + any creature = combo win because you can sacrifice Academy Rector to fetch Pattern of Rebirth, enchant your other creature, sacrifice that creature and begin either the Protean Hulk or Boonweaver Giant combos. If the need arises that you just need to use her to get a creature out of the graveyard, you can also fetch Animate Dead, Necromancy, or Dance of the Dead which is not irrelevant.

Enlightened Tutor fetches sac outlets and combo pieces such as Altar of Dementia, Phyrexian Altar, Ashnod's Altar, Animate Dead, Necromancy, Dance of the Dead, Pattern of Rebirth.

Worldly Tutor fetches creature combo pieces at instant speed to top of deck, but gives opponents information. Usually used at the end of the turn of the player to your right the turn before you combo off.

Survival of the Fittest Fills your graveyard while tutoring out your creature combos. Gives info to opponents but is a VERY efficient way to tutor.

Fauna Shaman Slower version of Survival of the Fittest

Eladamri's Call Instant speed fetches creature combo, but gives away information to opponents. Again, best used at the end of the turn of the player to your right before you combo.

Recruiter of the Guard Fetches most creature combo pieces, but reveals information.

Eldritch Evolution Niche combo tutor, but works well. Gives opponents information. Can use Saffi Eriksdotter to fetch Renegade Rallier or Loyal Retainers or Karmic Guide to fetch Reveillark.

Buried Alive Niche combo tutor, puts creature combo pieces in graveyard to be returned with Karmic Guide, Reanimate, Victimize, Dread Return, or at least Karador, Ghost Chieftain.

Entomb Niche combo tutor, but can also put non-creature cards in graveyard at instant speed, which can be incredibly useful, especially for Dread Return.

Traverse the Ulvenwald Somewhat niche creature combo tutor, reveals information. Occasionally gets used to fetch lands if you are in a tight spot. Note: not currently in deck, but probably should be put back. We need as many tutors as possible.
