This is my take on Lathril, Blade of the Elves . Since she has 2 Themes build in, which are Tap/Untap and Tokens I decided to go with it. For the Token Generation we have Cards like Prowess of the Fair , Lys Alana Huntmaster , Elven Ambush , Elvish Warmaster , Imperious Perfect and Elvish Promenade .

Once we filled the Board we can buff up our Stuff with Lords like Canopy Tactician , Elvish Archdruid , Elvish Champion , Imperious Perfect , Joraga Warcaller or find Sac Outlets for Value like: Ambush Commander , Plumb the Forbidden and Rhys the Exiled . Elvish Champion and Ambush Commander especially go well with Yavimaya, Cradle of Growth since you can make your Elves unblockable and Turn all Lands into them for a big swing.

The next big Theme in this Deck would be the Tap/Untap one. We run plenty of Untap Effects like Benefactor's Draught , Copperhorn Scout , Mobilize , Quirion Ranger . Seeker of Skybreak , Tyvar Kell , Thousand-Year Elixir , Vitalize , Wirewood Lodge , Wirewood Symbiote to utilize our Commander but not only that, we can also generate a ton of Mana alongside (no infinite Mana Combo wanted here on purpose). Those Untap Effects also go well with Cards like: Wellwisher to stay healthy which is very important because we want to use Bolas's Citadel at some point to overwhelm our Opponent, Fauna Shaman , Nullmage Shephard to blow up Artifact and Enchantment heavy Decks and Skyshroud Poucher to get our best creatures out and go off again. If we happen to have a lot of tapped creatures in Play, Throne of the God Pharao quickly becomes a threat to our Opponents since it doesn't care about fog effects to much (which is why I included it in the first place).

We provide ourself with alot of Draw Effect to never run out of Stuff plus a ton of Tutors to make sure we enable our Strategy quick. For the Card Draw we have: Beast Whisperer , Bolas's Citadel , Elvish Visionary , Guardian Project , Itlimoc, Cradle of the Sun , Miara, Thorn of the Glade , Pact of the Serpent , Plumb the Forbidden , Realmwalker , Skemfar Avenger , Skullclamp , Sylvan Messenger and Vanquisher's Banner

Tutors be like: Chord of Calling , Demonic Tutor , Diabolic Intent , Fauna Shaman , Finale of Devastation , Green Sun's Zenith , Wirewood Herald and Worldly Tutor to round up the Deck and make it go smooth.

From the few tests I made I can sum up, that the Deck does pretty well and it's a lot of fun to mess around with Tap/Untap and have crazy turns like that. Some Cards will probably go out to Make room for Concordant Crossroads , Doubling Season and Craterhoof Behemoth at some point.
