I just went 0-5 for the first time in a while with that last revision; it's impossible to tell from just one result whether that was actually caused by the changes, but I had a pretty miserable time, so I'm taking another critical look at the list.
Basically what I've done is, because I kept looking to Mono Red lists for guidance, reimagined the deck as a fork of the stock Mono Red list, with two main differences: 1) there are several hits for Birthright Boon, and 2) there are some substitutions and changes to take advantage of the fact that I'm in two colors.
The main thing I want to try out with this list is Sword of Once and Future as an upgrade to Bloodthirsty Adversary, so I've invested a lot more in spells and prowess creatures. For this reason I chose to stick with Urabrask's Forge over Wedding Announcement Flip as a three-drop token generator, since the former's trample could be important to connecting with the sword. Another thing is that enchantments are in a lot more danger right now because of Destroy Evil and Glissa Sunslayer, in my experience at least.
Sideboard updates will continue until win rate improves.

yoyo, lots of time has passed since i last gave this deck a proper overview. so, so many new cards... baby steps are the only way any progress will be made without harming the deck's core philosophy haha.
anyways, Collector's Cage instantly stood out to me when i saw it as a card for this deck. pumps, instant speed, lets you ignore timing restrictions... fantastic stuff here. additionally i'd like to swap out Carpet of Flowers for something but i'm not sure what. the deck really needs one or two additional sources of mana early to get going so i need to be careful there.
perhaps The Necrobloom will be a nice include once it's out. deck already loves Field of the Dead. i'll keep an open mind for things to swap in and out going forward here since i'm satisfied with my other decks.

Curve Adjustment

I've been able to consistently 3-2 with the list after taking out Baird, so I'm going to try one more adjustment for now: I'm taking out some one-drops (1x Cacophony Scamp, 1x Mirran Banesplitter, and 3x Reckless Lackey) to bring in the stock 4x Urabrask's Forge. This will also make my mana curve just a little less steep, which I need since I'm not all-in on prowess.
I'm wary of taking out the fourth Cacophony Scamp, since it is potent removal and can hit for huge damage out of nowhere with a Monstrous Rage, but Urabrask's Forge really needs to come down on turn 3 to be at its scariest, so I want the full playset. Because I'm a little sicko, I really wanted to try Monastery Mentor instead as a 3x, but creature removal really is just too good to be doing that right now.
Sideboard strategy is mostly the same, but if I take out all the Urabrask's Forges in a matchup, it's probably because of cards like Tishana's Tidebinder and Annex Sentry that kill its momentum easily.

Might add Contagious Vorrac back in for the proliferate/ramp, but there's probably a better card I can use for ramp somewhere. Might remove Invasion of Zendikar Flip in favor of a creature, however getting 2 lands and a land creature from one card synchs pretty decently with Evolution Sage.

I think I actually really like Shadow of the Second Sun here. —wait, no. Post-combat main means that sorceries won’t have a window to cast.
Possibly Powerbalance
Flare of Duplication probably not worth it, though it could set up some giant swings.
Smoldering Stagecoach is kinda funny. Probably not reliable, but a neat option.

Adding two new spirits and aiming to increase my spirit count even more as I do so. Also adding a little more card draw.
- Add Dust Animus, remove Haunted Library. The Library seemed like it should be good but having the extra mana sitting around was often a struggle and resulted in missed opportunities or wasted turns. Swapping for another spirit.
- Add Final-Word Phantom, remove Breath of the Sleepless. Swapping for another spirit who also gives pseudo-flash to my spells.
- Add Distant Melody, remove Path of the Ghosthunter. I think card draw is more important than a one-off X-cost spirit token maker.
- Add Unexplained Absence, remove Generous Gift. For 1 more mana I can exile a problem from each player? Yes please, 3 for 1 is a much better deal.
- Add Meticulous Archive, remove Island. Land upgrade.

I searched some of my cards and found 21 of the cards for the deck, plus Karlach (but it's not the version I like >.>). I have plenty of Forests, but not enough of one style I like to put in the deck. I also have 2 of the maybe cards. Really thinking about taking out the ANTI-BLUE cards and swapping in the BURN spells.
