Contaminant Grafter
Creature — Phyrexian Druid
Trample, toxic 1 (Players dealt combat damage by this creature also get a poison counter.)
Whenever one or more creatures you control deal combat damage to one or more players, proliferate. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)
Corrupted — At the beginning of your end step, if an opponent has three or more poison counters, draw a card, then you may put a land card from your hand onto the battlefield.

I really like Fynn because you have a lot of cheap options to make that deck really strong.
Viridian Longbow help you target a player without having to attack and then you can proliferate with Contagion Clasp afterward to pump the poison counter every turn.
Ohran Frostfang + Toski, Bearer of Secrets for extra draw
kill other creatures with some Fights mechanic such as Bite Down , Infectious Bite or Smell Fear
As for creature, i really like some Toxic that help your other creature and poison counter up Bloated Contaminator, Contaminant Grafter, Phyrexian Swarmlord and Venerated Rotpriest

Cool take on Arwen. It's kind of an obvious synergy once you see it, but this is the first I've seen it, so thanks :)
Have you considered Contaminant Grafter? I didn't see it in the maybeboard, and I think it'd be amazing here. Could possibly cut a land for it since your avg CMC is low.

Wallisface is correct about the first part. However; Contaminant Grafter has an intervening "if" clause on it's trigger. If no opponents have three or more poison counters at the beginning of the end step, it will not trigger. It can not retroactively trigger once Atraxa, Praetors' Voice proliferates bringing the opponents to 3 poison counters. Once both cards are on the battlefield and an opponent has 3 or more poison counters when your end step begins, you will chose the order of the triggers.

Okay so here's the scenario. Atraxa, Praetors' Voice is in the command zone and Contaminant Grafter is on the field. My opponents currently have 2 poison counters each. At the beginning of my end step, whose ability activates first? Atraxa, Praetors' Voice or Contaminant Grafter?

NV_1980 thanks for the kind words! I’m surprised my play group is letting me run this tbh. But, I got excited about this set so I was probably gonna do it anyways :).
PX125, Ohran Frostfang I believe is a good addition to the deck. I think the obvious cuts would be either Species Specialist or Contaminant Grafter. I wouldn’t rely on the card draw so much but definitely the death touch is a nice addition. I think Contaminant Grafter would be the easier one to cut since you’re only drawing 1 card a turn and proliferating only if grater does damage, also giving mites trample isn’t that great without Craterhoof.
Edit: now that I’ve seen that grafter does proliferate any time any creature I control deals damage I’ll have to play test it more to see what I’d want to remove to make space for Ohran Frostfang
