Orcish Bowmasters
Creature — Orc Archer
Flash
When Orcish Bowmasters enters the battlefield and whenever an opponent draws a card except the first one they draw in each of their draw steps, Orcish Bowmasters deals 1 damage to any target. Then amass Orcs 1. (Put a +1/+1 counter on an Army you control. It's also an Orc. If you don't control an Army, create a 0/0 black Orc Army creature token first.)

As much as I want the elementals to go away, I tend to agree with you.
I honestly think the healthiest decision is to just make them all semi-limited, as they are healthy for the format if not used in an abusive way, but that is unprecedented in the format.
Orcish Bowmasters is still selling packs but nearing its end, so we may see it leave the format eventually, but I don’t see it occurring anytime soon.
If anything, I think they will unban more “safe cards” and ignore the problems. Once the overplayed cards rotate out of packs being sold I can see some action being taken against them, but not until then.
Honestly, I see Grief as the larger problem, since it actively stops players from being able to play Magic. A turn 1 Grief dismantles many decks far more than a 4 damage removal spell does.
Rakdos Scam is reaching the 20+% of the format threshold which is generally where they decide to take action, so I could also see something being banned, although it would surprise me a bit.

My predictions are
Fury 100% banned
The One Ring 70% chance to be banned
Grief 40% chance to be banned
Up the Beanstalk 20% chance of ban
Orcish Bowmasters 20% chance of ban
I’m expecting Fury & One Ring to go.

I just saw Pleasentkenobi's Youtube video in regards to the upcoming ban list announcement (particularly with Modern).
The TL;DR or watch of his video is predicting Fury and or Orcish Bowmasters to be banned due to "one toughness creatures being kept out of the format"... I personally just don't think the pitch elementals will ever go away.
Does anyone agree with this and or have any other thoughts/predictions?

4 Stitcher's Supplier 4 Hedron Crab 3 Satyr Wayfinder 4 Urborg Lhurgoyf 4 Cruel Somnophage 4 Souls of the Lost 2 Nighthowler 3 Grist, the Hunger Tide 2 Wonder 4 Unearth 3 Brazen Borrower 1 Sidisi, Brood Tyrant 1 Glasspool Mimic Flip 1 Kazandu Mammoth Flip
That's a good base. Take what works and replace what you don't like.
Exp. I've been playing iterations of this for years now and eight one drops are important. You need to start filling your gy ASAP. These are the two best. If you don't want to go into blue, there are cards like Gnawing Vermin but for me, m2 isn't enough. The -1/-1 is helpful so there is some leeway based on META. If I dabble in other colors, Shriekhorn is my go-to.
Satyr's spot can be removed but I play a low land count due to the two modal lands (Glasspool/Mammoth). Mire Triton is another favorite because Deathtouch and gainlfie. It's also a META call. I don't like others like Skull Prophet. If I were playing The Mycotyrant I'd consider it because it 'mills over time' (MOT) but once your opp sees what youre on theyd kill it before you get a chance to use it.
So, in this list I'm 12 goyfs. Eight can self-mill (SM) and the other is useful (Souls) in getting Wonder out of your hand. You can also sac Stitcher to it if you're a T1 Stitcher T2 Souls. Every card in this deck is a permanent besides Unearth so if you fetched at all, you could have a T2 6/6-8/8 Souls of the Lost and that aint to shabby.
I have always played at least 1-2 Nighthowler. It makes those Stitchers, Crabs, and Satyrs a threat and more often than not, takes two spells to kill it (when it's bestowed).
I view this deck as a sort of aggro deck and keeping with 99% creature theme, Grist and Brazen Borrower are my interaction. You can bring in whatever you want (obviously) but it's also provides fliers for Nighthowler, Grist has a built in win-con and protects itself. I always play a Boseiju, Who Endures and if I play more, -1 Unearth for Life from the Loam and if I'm really frisky, I'll add a few more legends, play more of the Channel Lands and another Life/Loam. I've got a oops all Channel lands were all the other lands are Modal and I play Amulet of Vigor with Shriekhorn and use Emry, Lurker of the Loch as a self-mill recur piece. It's fun.
Sidisi is a MOT that can help you go wide. Every time you mill, you get a zombie. I use this in near every build when I'm in color. I've tested Blossoming Tortoise but save that for a Mosswort Bridge version I play and if I can't get that going I want to be able to cast the top end. Shigeki, Jukai Visionary, Molderhulk, Aether Vial + Dryad Arbor help get me there. But just playing the new Squirming Emergence is so much easier than playing all those other cards.
You can find a way to bring in draw, life, other interaction, etc.. it's on you. There are times were I play Jace, the Perfected Mind or Visions of Beyond for draw. Spellstutter Sprite and a few spots for other faeries like Likeness Looter (flying faerie goyfs!).
But that's the base. Do what you want.. because you can literally do anything. I've got a junk list focused on recur with Unearth, Renegade Rallier, Necropanther, Athreos, God of Passage... a jund/grixis list that uses Ob Nixilis, the Adversary and Orcish Bowmasters (sac goyf to etb Ob Nix, Token Ob forces opp to draw 7 for -7 life. Bowmasters deals another 6 plus you get a 6/6 orc token (+2 more for paper Ob +1 if they can't discard). That's a 15 point swing, not including attacks. Another Grixis list that plays Kroxa, Flamewake Phoenix, Seasoned Pyromancer and Ox.
My favorite - game 1, I'm a mill deck that sideboard converts into self-mill game 2. It still deals with the gy but game 1 youre spell heavy and game 2 youre creature heavy.
Anyway, have fun.

Mono Black Draw

Some thoughts:
-
you should probably just be playing 4 copies of Sheoldred, the Apocalypse instead of including 1-ofs the other versions of her, which are far weaker and don’t play well into your theme.
-
Orcish Bowmasters wants to be in a deck where an opponent is drawing lots of cards.
-
75 cards is waaay too many, and will lead your deck to being a lot more inconsistent. Really try to cut this back to 60.
-
your mana curve is currently very high, and I would heavily suggest trying to lower it. I would suggest playing nothing above 4 mana, and the only 4-mana cards should be Sheoldred, the Apocalypse (although you could also additionally run The One Ring). All other cards should be 1-3 mana.
-
your very-low count of 1-mana cards might mean you’re playing from behind in a lot of the game. I’d suggest at least trying to run 8-10 1-mana cards total. Both Fatal Push and Cling to Dust work well there.
-
the equipment cards you’re running are cute, but too slow/clumsy to be useful.
-
Cabal Coffers is only ever worth running in decks that can quickly fetch up the pieces to make it useful (namely, it also needs Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth in play). Unless you’re running a deck dedicated to assembling big-mana, i’d ditch it. Same goes for Crypt of Agadeem - its too clumsy to be helpful, and can actively hurt you.

Illusory Blue Moon

I'm honestly not too sure about Teleportal... my only valid targets are Krovikan Mist which has flying anyway and Lord of the Unreal (honestly have grown frustrated with Illusory Angel and thats why its in my SB)... the overload cost is tempting though.
I use or at least in other decks have used Fire / Ice as a flex card that can either be nice removal to snipe threats like Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer/Orcish Bowmasters or just tap down a would-be blocker/attacker or land plus cantrip.
I will playtest with it though... I own a bunch so why not give it a try?

Some thoughts from a fellow Murktide player:
Expressive Iteration over Serum Visions for greater card advantage.
I would add more disruption such as Unholy Heat and Spell Pierce over cards like Manamorphose and Izzet Charm.
This is more of a meta call but cutting 1 or 2 Ledger Shredders might be a good idea so your first game isn't miserable against Orcish Bowmasters
I've seen other people say this on here, but running a one of or maybe even 2 Blood Moon would be great in here, I would just cut Fiery Islet for off color fetches such as Misty Rainforest and add an island or two.
I like that you included Stormwing Entity a lot but depending how it plays the Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer would put more pressure on your opponent.

B/R Waste Not Discard
I think your biggest issue here is that the opponent is going to become empty-handed very quickly, and then you’ll be getting no value from Waste Not or your other “profit from discard” effects. Almost every Waste Not deck i’ve seen built play Burning Inquiry to ensure that they can always force a discard effect (also, Burning Inquiry gets very absurd alongside Underworld Breach and Orcish Bowmasters).
Aside from this, i’m worried that your land count is a bit too low, especially considering how heavily your deck needs at least 2 lands to perform (with your current land count 28% of your opening hands will leave you stuck with 0-1 lands). I also see no real value in Angrath being in the deck, especially considering the hoops you’ll need to jump through to cast him.
