Icbrgr totally missed your comment, and honestly Electrickery has been a card that keeps coming to mind as the instant speed nature of it seems great, im not sure which of the aoe effects currently in the list id take out for them(probably just the End the Festivities)

Fiery Emancipation out for City on Fire: Because duh.

Rundvelt Hordemaster out for Solphim, Mayhem Dominus: I discovered after playing with Rundvelt once that the card doesn't say "may", so it is very easy to deck yourself during a boardwipe.

End the Festivities out for Brazen Cannonade: End isn't bad, I just caught myself always just throwing it on there just because, it isn't often going to do anything pivotal and the current path of the deck favors the big, boisterous, risky plays.

For once I also have an idea where my next swaps will come from: Professional Face-Breaker/Rain of Riches/Rose Room Treasurer. Of these 3 I think Rose Room Treasurer has actually performed the best, Rain has been too costly, and Face-breaker doesn't trigger all that often as most of my combats are attempting an alpha strike on the board. I would love to trade these out for other treasure generators that fit the bill.

This deck seems to be strong and has great foundations. However, I would suggest that you replace Swab Goblin with Purphoros, God of the Forge and Goblin Instigator with Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin.

The god will help you deal mass amounts of damage, especially with Torban as your commander, and the other Krenko will help you create more goblins than Goblin Instigator can.

Also, if you want to deal more damage, you may want to add Fiery Emancipation to your deck. I would replace End the Festivities with that card.

I'm glad you like the deck primer/description Wan-Shi-Tong. I like your suggestions! Before I saw your comment, I saw your suggested cards and also thought that End the Festivities could replace Blazing Volley. Brash Taunter could for sure be a lot of fun here. I'll continue play-testing to see where Brash Taunter or Repercussion could fit in.

In regards to the deathtouch instants, I was recently doing a brewing session with one of my friends who has also played MtG for 10+ years, and he didn't say anything about the stack interactions with Tor Wauki getting deathtouch after his damage resolves. Even if that is the case, I'm not really bent out of shape about it, since many of the other instants and sorceries are cheap enough that they can be played after Tor Wauki gains deathtouch. In my playgroup, some of my friends have given an opponent's blocked or blocking creature deathtouch to clear a threat, or for political purposes.

Hi! I really like the Deck and the intro. I would recommend End the Festivities over Blazing Volley. Plus i'm not sure if the deathtouch instants work the intended way, because the ability of Tor Wauki the Younger should go on the stack and resolve before he has deathtouch. One of my personal favorite cards Brash Taunter could work for you, although it has anti synergy with wither. Another card that works nicely with damage based boardwipes is Repercussion.

I've noticed that Pestilent Spirit is amazing in this kind of build and does wonders when paired with End the Festivities or another burn spell, perhaps Spikefield Hazard  ^Flip if you will.

Awesome deck, I've had a lot of fun with my build too!

Because of Strefan's 1st triggered ability, may I suggest the following:

End the Festivities is essentially a 1 mana Bonfire of the Damned

Impact Tremors gives you an added bonus for getting vampires on the battlefield.

Voldaren Epicure, if cast after Strefan enters the battlefield, nets you a vampire and at least 2 blood tokens for 1 mana.

Skull Rend and Vicious Rumors deal damage to each opponent and force them to discard cards.
