This is my proposed upgrade to the Phantom Premonition precon deck featuring Ranar the Ever-Watchful. I decided to lean heavily into blink, trying to flicker creatures again and again to create an army of spirit tokens, while hopefully pumping them up and protecting them, with some nice ETB triggers thrown in. I ended up changing quite a lot out of the original precon, but whatever.

It's currently over 100 cards so I already need to remove some, and I have the "Strongly Considering" portion of the Maybeboard that I'd love to include but don't see anything to cut them for. I suppose dropping the "Life Gain" cards as those don't fit the theme, but they're both so beastly. I also listed "Rejected" cards that I have considered but didn't put in, and some that I just deemed too expensive for the benefit.

I'm looking for feedback on what I've done and suggested cards to cut or add, either from my lists or other suggestions. Budget is slightly in play, not really looking for cards over $20 but if a card slays, I may push the expense lol.
