Hey, nice upgrades so far.
Since you added Basalt Monolith and Rings of Brighthearth consider also adding Staff of Domination? Staff is an outlet with infinite colorless mana to draw and cast artifacts, repeatable sac and exile them with Osgir. Staff with infinite mana lets you repeatedly tap and untap Osgir. Goblin Engineer can tutor for any one of these combo artifacts, get it into your graveyard to reanimate by sacing any other artifact or exile it with Osgir.
Oswald Fiddlebender is a repeatable artifact tutor from Adventures of the Forgotten Realms who also gets artifacts into your graveyard to exile with Osgir. Lotus Bloom and Sol Talisman are mana rocks that have suspend, but they're CMC is 0. When they're in your graveyard they cost zero mana to exile with Osgir. You have cards here that make you discard and these are artifacts you want to discard. Boros Signet and Talisman of Conviction are more two drop Boros mana rocks.
Some changes to consider:
- Staff of Domination --> Jor Kadeen, the Prevailer
- Goblin Engineer --> Hellkite Igniter
- Oswald Fiddlebender --> Hoard-Smelter Dragon
- Lotus Bloom --> Rout
- Sol Talisman --> Boros Locket
- Boros Signet --> Temple of the False God
- Talisman of Conviction --> Forgotten Cave

I take your point on Sol Ring and Sol Talisman, although the former does help get Athreos online on turn 2 as well as accelerate how quickly the bigger spells are played like Phyrexian Altar, Remembrance, Angel of Glory's Rise, and anything else above 4 Mana in general. Sol Talisman I was trying on in place of Land Tax or an unconditional draw spell like Night's Whisper. It's cute in a bad way so I agree with you that it needs to go.
Black Market is OK. It's just helping me with mana at a point when I don't need it much anymore. Still, the mana package here feels raw so I'll play around with it again and see if it feels like a better functional fit as I do like how on theme it is.
Expedition Map is a personal preference. I like being able to grab Cabal Coffers or Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth to power up mana. I also have found being able to grab a Bojuka Bog pretty helpful against graveyard decks. And weirdly enough, snatching Vault of the Archangel has helped me several times to deter aggro with deathtouch capable Shadowborn Apostles or improve survivability with lifelink. Finally, there are games where lack of lands can be an issue and it gives me an out to those corner cases to stay on curve or fix mana colors.
I have never had a problem with Dark Confidant. Nearly 83 cards in the deck are 2 mana value or less so the damage is often negligible especially when our life total matters as little as it does in a combo build. In a pinch, I can sac it to Razaketh, the Foulblooded, Diabolic Intent, Phyrexian Altar, or Skullclamp when draw is no longer necessary. I'm comfortable with this risk profile particularly with fair access to lifegain as from Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, and Vault of the Archangel.

Mana Confluence is a pretty weak choice of land considering the sheer amount of mana this deck needs. Expedition Map also feels like a wasted slot and should likely just be another apostle. Mox Amber is all kinds of mediocre imo. Same with Sol Talisman. Sure playing demons early is nice but will almost never actually win you the game.
Dark Confidant is unnecessarily risky when you’re running a bunch of expensive demons and angels, especially when Black already has access to large amounts of card advantage.

You can link cards by enclosing them in double brackets.
Since you are casting it without paying its mana cost, the absence of a mana cost will not stop you from casting Sol Talisman off of cascade. You are also not suspending it, so you do not have to pay the suspend cost.

I'd recommend cutting the following cards right away:
Tidal Force (Doesn't do much. Very expensive.)
Siege Behemoth (Good effect, but very expensive.)
Emmara Tandris (It doesn't look like you really have that many tokens. Not sure why this is here.)
Deepfathom Skulker (Good trigger, but expensive, and you can't activate its second ability easily.)
Archon of Coronation (Really easy to lose the monarch and it doesn't do much besides give you the monarch.)
Amareth, the Lustrous (Not really that good. Very rarely will draw you anything in general and the body is very meh.)
Inniaz, the Gale Force (I don't like this kind of effect. You are forced to give up something.)
God-Eternal Oketra (The tokens are okay, but it really doesn't do enough IMO)
Archon of Redemption (3/4 flyer for 5 with a situational life gain effect is pretty bad...)
Angel of Destiny (If it ever gets removed, all you did by attacking, possibly losing creatures in the process, possibly taking hits because your defense are down, was gain life. It just seems like the card really does nothing.)
Trostani, Selesnya's Voice (Not enough token synergy to matter. Life gain is not very good.)
Thassa, Deep-Dwelling (This doesn't do much in your deck. IMO)
Basri's Lieutenant (With almost no +1/+1 counter synergy in the deck, this really doesn't do anything for you.)
Adrix and Nev, Twincasters (Not enough token synergy.)
Niambi, Esteemed Speaker (Can save a creature, but other than that, the card pretty much does nothing.)
Ornithopter of Paradise (Can't trigger Derevi because it has 0 power. Pretty bad as a ramp card too.)
Rhys the Redeemed (Not being elf tribal or big on tokens means that he won't do much.)
Parhelion II (Way too expensive and really doesn't do that much for its cost.)
Righteous Authority (Very expensive and no way to abuse it in the deck currently.)
Cosmos Elixir (You have a ton of draw in the form of "when a creature deals combat damage, draw 1" type cards. You don't need this IMO.)
Sword of Vengeance , Sword of Body and Mind (Not really sure what they're supposed to do for you. Tiny pumps and trample aren't going to help you much IMO.)
Combine Chrysalis (Not enough tokens.)
Sol Talisman (Why is this not Sol Ring?)
Cloudshift , Ephemerate (Almost no abusable ETBs)
Griffin Aerie (Not enough life gain to make this work and not even a great effect.)
Garruk's Uprising (I feel like you should probably be focusing on smaller bodies, not bigger ones.)
Growing Ranks (Not enough tokens.)
Elspeth Conquers Death (Doesn't really do anything you're looking for IMO.)
That's just the ones I would cut right away for not being good in general or not fitting with your strategy.
The token subtheme is kind of unfitting IMO. There's only a few tokens here and there, and a lot of them are "big" tokens, not little ones that can trigger Derevi a lot, but then you also have lots of things to take advantage of tokens even though you don't have that many things that produce tokens (and a lot of times, they're too expensive). If you want to focus a deck on tokens, I think you should choose a different commander.
In general, I think you should probably focus more on having a bunch of smaller creatures so you can get lots of Derevi triggers rather than bigger creatures. This could be a way to work in tokens if you want to push it, because you could focus on smaller tokens that you can push out very cheap and early in the game.
In addition to this, you may also want to consider putting in more cards that you can abuse with Derevi. I love the inspire guy you have in there, Arbiter of the Ideal (don't know if you know, but you can stack tap/untap/tap/untap triggers on him and trigger inspire a bunch of times in one combat!). I think you should focus on this kind of effect more.
I think you should also try to put a little more ramp in there. Sol Ring, Simic Signet, Arcane Signet, and maybe a couple other mana rocks are noticeably missing.
